Top tier caterers.
We had them do the wedding cake for our wedding, and some other things I think. They had it ready on time, it was beautiful, and had cute little treats waiting for us in the bridal suite after but the cake was pretty mid, we got a yellow cake with dulce de leche and it tasted nothing like caramel. It was fine but just not great and left me regretting going with them instead of someone else where I could sample it beforehand. Edit: it also tasted pretty old/dry/stale like it was sitting for a few days.
