As a wedding planner, my company has had the pleasure of working with AJFD on several weddings and the experience has always surpassed my and my clients’ expectations. AJFD excels not only at floral design but also large-scale fabrications, installations, and fabric draping. They make the design process efficient, friendly, and FUN!

We hired this florist for our wedding and spent over $10,000, and unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing. We paid $4,000 for a floral arch with the clear agreement that it would be moved to the reception after the ceremony. Instead, it was thrown away without our permission. We were told it “wasn’t in good enough condition,” however I’ve included a photo showing the arch was still intact and in good condition — this should have been our decision to make regardless, given we paid for it and had a prior agreement. Additionally, the aisle florals we paid $3,000 for were significantly smaller than expected and looked underwhelming in person. After the event, when we attempted to address these issues and find a resolution, communication stopped entirely. On top of that, instead of taking accountability, responsibility was shifted onto our planner. For a wedding vendor at this price point, execution, communication, and accountability should be a given. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. I would not recommend.
