We flew from Europe to Las Vegas for a family event. Naturally we contact Art Of Cooking after we have seen them on French Television. They help us with more than our event, We got a real VIP concierge services with Limo waiting for us at the airport, suites at the Bellagio and selection of event venue. We met with Anne the owner of the company, after we explain her what we were looking for, she guide us trough the design and logistic of the event to the menu. He has been a wonderful experience in every aspects. Coming from outside the US it was definitely a challenge to plan a large size event, but we find the right team of professional.

I have had the pleasure of meeting and working with the folks at Art of Cooking. They are attentive to the needs of their customers and always go above and beyond to create dishes that cater to any event. We had the honor of shooting an episode The Will Edwards Show in their kitchen and showroom. All of my guests raved about the food, the space, the service, and the creativity. They provided a delicious buffet dinner and excellent service for a 70-person event at The Mob Museum in Las Vegas. Very easy to work with and professional, no surprises. Flexible, professional and a pleasure to work with. Our team arrived in Vegas for a large trade show but the 20 pans of Smoked Gouda mac and cheese we made did not make it. On Sunday, when many caterers were closed, I found Jean Pierre online and he was up for the challenge. Jean Pierre was able to meet the show requirements by providing us with a copy of his latest inspection, incorporating our ingredient into the finished product and producing 20 pans of Smoked Gouda mac and cheese within 24 Hours. He is Superman! The show was a success. Samples were shown to corporate chefs and food scientists from around the world. We received many compliments including, "best mac and cheese at the show" and "excellent balance of smoke and cheese." We are very appreciative of the work Jean Pierre was able to do on short notice. We hope to work with him in the future!
