They are very helpful in understanding what you need as well as determining pay plans and maintenance for any instrument you may purchase. Definitely recommend them if you are looking for a string instrument for school or any other reason.

It was a calm atmosphere and attentive staff who ensured my daughter’s left the store happy with their new instruments. The wide selection of quality instruments and expert repair services further highlight the shop's dedication to customer satisfaction and musical excellence.

Atlantic Strings is a well-organized store quipped with everything a string player would need or want. PLUS, Allen has warm, knowledgeable and helpful staff members working there. I personally went in looking for a new bow and to get my violin fixed up, but I ended up with a new bow and violin! The entire staff, especially Allen, were super helpful throughout the day even staying late to facilitate my purchase as I was there for 530 hours. I could truly tell he was there to make sure I found a violin that inspired me. Allen and the rest of the staff gave me all the time I needed, took my feedback, gave me tips on what I should be looking for and would hand me new bows and violins to try on the fly based on my preferences. I felt at home the entire day and ended up with a great deal, a beautiful instrument, and a place I will continue to come back to for years to come.

The guys that work here are extremely helpful and nice. They are knowledgeable on what needs done on my daughter’s violin.

I took my grandmother's violin (cica 1910) for repair. I learned so much from the luthier! He fixed old bad repairs and brought it back to its original self. Thank you so much.
