They were so kind and made a beautiful bouquet last minute for my mum. Vinnie was lovely and gracious on the phone, and I appreciated the extra effort. The flowers were good value and nicely arranged.
Stopped in the shop, discussed/ordered/paid for a cactus/succulent at $150 for delivery... the product delivered was a short bundle of cut bamboo in a glass vase — the kind of thing you pick up at Ralph’s for $24.99. Called the shop to find out what went wrong and was talked down to, no apology, and the explanation was “Our buyer picked it up downtown and delivered it, we didn’t even see it.” I wasn’t aware that floral designers/shops don’t see a portion of deliveries from their business? No call back, no follow up, nada from this company. Buyers Beware.
