Beyond Details made our big day go off without a hitch. Kate was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process, making us feel confident and comfortable in trusting her & the rest of her team. We had zero stress the day of as she and the team handled every detail. I am so appreciative of Kate and all of her hard work! Our florals were stunning! The food was an absolute hit with our guests too! Would reccomend Beyond Details to any and everyone :)

This review is extremely overdue, but they did such an amazing job with my wedding that I just had to write one. Beyond Details did the planning, catering, and flowers for my Oct 4 wedding at Homestead Manor in Thompson’s Station, TN. Kate, our wedding planner, was so wonderful and we couldn’t have asked for better. She was genuine, responded quickly, and took all the stress out of wedding planning and the wedding day. During the planning process, she was always on top of the ball and helped make me feel like we were right on track, even when I panicked that we were so behind (we never were, thanks to Kate). Kate was a blessing in our wedding planning season and I didn’t worry about a thing. In fact, we often times would think of something that needed to be done (we being my family), and would quickly say, “wait, Kate has it handled, no need to worry”. The food was amazing, the flowers were gorgeous, and having Kate as our planner was worth every cent. Kate, thank you so much again for everything you did for us: the countless hours, emails, and questions. We are forever grateful. The food is consistently incredible — beautifully presented, full of flavor, and clearly made with real care and attention. Their staff is just as impressive. Every team member I’ve interacted with has been kind, professional, and genuinely dedicated to making the experience seamless for guests. It’s rare to find a company that delivers both outstanding food and impeccable service at this level, but they do it every time. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

Our daughter's wedding day was absolutely perfect. From planning to florals to catering, every detail was thoughtful, organized and beautifully executed. As a planner I have attended many weddings, and wowza, Beyond Details totally knocked it out of the park! The food? Oh my gosh, it was the best wedding food I’ve ever eaten—and I’ve been to a lot of weddings. Every bite was so freaking delicious, from the little appetizers (plt cups my fave) to the main dish and don’t even get me started on the desserts. I’m still dreaming about it! Everyone was talking about how amazing it all tasted. And the flowers? Wow, they were gorgeous! The bouquets, the table setups, everything looked like it came straight out of a fairy tale. It was so pretty, and you could tell they put their heart into making it special for the couple. The whole vibe was just perfect. Plus, the people working were super nice and made everything run so smoothly. If you need a catering and flower company for your big day, these guys are legit the best—trust me!
