Black Eyed Susan catered for a wedding that I was working. For perspective, this wedding is my 465th wedding, so suffice to say, I've had a lot of catered meals. This was hands down the absolute best experience I have personally had at a wedding. The hors for cocktail hour were incredible with a brisket egg roll thing with collard greens and was just amazing. Dinner was next level awesome with the steak and chicken, greens beans, and scalloped potatoes. We cannot say enough good things about Cynthia and the Black Eyed Susan catering team! They went above and beyond to make our wedding day truly unforgettable and we’re still getting compliments from guests about how amazing and flavorful the food was! Not only was the food delicious, but they were also willing to work with us to provide a family style meal and travel to our non-traditional mountain venue and cook everything fresh on-site. The level of service was incredible and the attention to detail was evident in every dish, down to the decorative flower on each serving tray! Cynthia was professional, flexible, and so easy to work with. Their dedication to making sure everything was perfect, including all food allergies were attended to, really shone through. Having worked alongside with many fantastic catering companies throughout the South East, I feel somewhat qualified to proclaim Black Eyed Susan Catering as THE best or at the very least at the very top!
