I highly recommend anyone looking for an apartment to look elsewhere. My daughter was looking to move into a specific apartment she Signed the lease for this apartment and paid. Not 30 minutes after she left the office and was loading her things from her storage unit into her car. She received a phone call stating that she could not in fact move into that apartment. The reason given was that another girl (who also happens to work for the Arrows) living in the apartment, had an issue with her moving in because she did not like that my daughter was friends with one of the other roommates. She had to unload her car back into her storage unit go back to the Arrows to give them the keys Was told she could move into an another bedroom and another apartment with people she did not know. When she declined because that was not what she signed up and paid to do. She was told it would take 30 days minus some administration fees to get a refund. SHE NEVER EVEN ENTERED THE APARTMENT. She is also not the one who broke the lease. Very poor management. They’re out to get your money. My daughter upon returning the key called her bank to do a stop payment but the payment went through A day or two later. I contacted the Arrows spoke to a gentleman who pretended to Be helpful said he would try to have a check overnighted and will get back to us to only never hear from him again. Thankfully, after filing a dispute with her bank she was able to recover the $. There are a ton of other leasing Companies to deal with highly recommend you look elsewhere.

This apartment complex is own by the most incompetent management I have ever seen. It's impossible to get help from a human unless you go to the physical front desk, the phone is only AI with no human option. They will complete work orders and even charge you for them without even doing anything. Like when I needed a new key fob, they closed the work order on it before a new key was in my hand. Need maintenance? There's like one guy for that, and others who've lived here can attest to that, it's so slow to get anything fixed. And the apartments themselves may look nice from a glance, but they're made of paper mache and despite only being 6 years old, the whole place looks like it's falling apart. Peeling paint, broken light fixtures, poor construction quality and our specific unit has cracks in the wall. It's an overpriced dump that's not worth your time or money. Stay far far away.

I just moved in to an apartment at the Arrow on April 15. First off- the leasing team worked so quickly to get me a unit that worked with my budget. They were on top of everything and kept me informed every step of the way. When I showed up on my move in date, the front desk associate informed me that my unit needed repairs and was not fully ready but that I could enter the unit and start moving in. When I entered the unit, I saw just how much work it needed. At that point I met Dexter and Nick who were working SO diligently to make repairs and get my unit ready. We conversed while they worked and they were extremely detail oriented. In addition to their professionalism, they were extremely kind and fun to talk to. They worked most of the day to make sure my unit was in working order for me to move in. The next day when my dryer wasn’t working properly, they responded promptly to repair it. My son rented from the Arrow for over a year. He took over a lease for a summer then did a new lease for the following school year. What a long year it was!! I DO NOT recommend living here. The prices are outrageous for what you get. And they go up by an unreasonable amount every year. They are constantly adding unexpected fees and charges. They do not keep the grounds up. It was nice looking when my son moved in but after move in there was zero upkeep. The management could not be more rude and irresponsible. My son moved in after move in day and his room was disgusting. You could literally scoop up cat hair from the carpet. They refused to come clean until a later date (despite the cleaners being on the grounds) so the carpets were only cleaned around his furniture. The only thing good about the Arrow is it’s proximity to campus. It was a very long, very dreadful year for him there. The apartments fill up so they don’t care about anything. Renter beware DO NOT LIVE HERE or put your college student through the living hell of The Arrow.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the Arrows Townhomes and Flats. One of their office workers, Patrick, blatantly lied on behalf of a resident named Izzy (who works the social media) + also works in the leasing office. I was initially told that I couldn't move into the unit on my application because someone else had signed a lease and was moving in the following week – a complete fabrication. The truth is, they were lying purely because Izzy didn't want to live with me due to some drama I wasn't even aware of. After signing the lease and giving them my money, I was informed that I had to be moved to another unit. I returned my keys, and they assured me they would take me off the lease, but now they're saying it will take 30 days to get my money back. This level of dishonesty and unprofessionalism is unacceptable, and I would advise anyone considering renting from them to look elsewhere.
