Purchased tickets for a show on Saturday and were disappointed that there was nowhere near enough seating on patio to sit for dinner. There is more than enough room for multiple additional tables but they would not bring them down from upstairs. The managementβs answered rudely to come earlier. No problem solving skills.
The staff were all so friendly and talked to us about what Cadence has to offer throughout the winter and summer! They have multiple live bands perform per week and they host events and parties as well. The food was great and the chef even made us some samples for our paid partnership! The atmosphere is always the best - super spacious and enough room for everybody!
First time visiting after biking a few loops around North Park. Friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Great people. Food was terrific. Looks like there is a lot to the resturant, didn't explore it all though. Gal behind the bar mentioned a live band outside on Saturday night. Seems to be a hoppin spot.
We live in the city and decided to make the drive after finding this restaurant through the inKind app. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from start to finish. It took some time for a server to seat us, and the interaction felt limited and somewhat rushed despite the restaurant not being busy. The drinks were reasonably priced, but noticeably smaller than what we typically receive elsewhere. The food was the biggest disappointment. The pesto grilled chicken sandwich was extremely bland, had no visible grill marks, and tasted more like frozen, pre-cooked chicken. It was advertised on sourdough, but the bread was closer to Texas toast. The vegetables were listed as grilled, but we were told they were actually roasted. They arrived overcooked and in a very small portion. The grilled chicken wrap was similarly bland, overloaded with arugula, and poorly wrapped. The beet salad contained only four very small pieces of beet. At checkout, we were discouraged from using inKind because our server was apparently not listed in the system and were told the restaurant wanted to stop using the platform. We still paid through the app and left a $20 cash tip after the server strongly encouraged us to do so. Overall, this was a very poor experience, and we would not make the trip to return.
Alright listen, I never leave reviews. But this experience motivated me to leave my first. First off, it was dead. I counted six tables seated. Here are the issues we experienced: 1. 10 minute wait to be seated by the hostess (she just wasnβt around) 2. After being seated, it took THIRTY minutes to receive our drinks. 3. The staff moved like they were walking through molasses. 4. Chicken teriyaki sandwich came missing multiple ingredients. 5. Your coleslaw can only be described as βbiting into a dry head of cabbageβ. Honestly, itβs the worst Iβve ever had. 6. Wifeβs sandwich was decent but the chips tasted weeks old, they were gross. 7. We watched your hostess seat people (including us) at dirty tables, having not wiped them after the previous customers. I can only guess that the only reason this place is still open is because of the location. Atmosphere was great, your service and kitchen staff are absolutely terrible. Weβll never be back. You have enough horrible reviews that it implies there is a massive management issue.
