Carmine’s Italian Restaurant

Walking into Carmine’s felt like stepping into a little family restaurant somewhere in Italy. The atmosphere is lively, loud, fun, and full of energy. The servers were fantastic — friendly, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. The food was excellent. Even something as simple as the Caesar salad tasted surprisingly good, one of those dishes that reminds you how delicious simple food can be when it’s done right. The pasta was also amazing, and portions are definitely generous. And of course, don’t skip the sangria! Both the Red Sangria and White Sangria were absolutely delicious. If you’re looking for a fun, energetic place with great food and a true Italian family-style vibe, I definitely recommend it.

The whole menu is Family Style. If you have a picky eater, go somewhere else. They do give you plenty of food. The salad we ordered was more than enough for 4 people. The Calamari was good - not great. We got a pound of Chicken Parm over a pound of pasta. The red sauce was slightly on the sweet side for me - but it was fine for everyone else. We had a reservation which I can see would be helpful. The staff did a good job, and we all enjoyed the ambiance. I did not like that my wine came in a juice glass.

We visited Carmine’s Italian Restaurant at The Forum Shops at Caesars while in Vegas this weekend and loved our experience. Our server, Maegan, was outstanding with incredible attention to detail and excellent recommendations throughout the meal. We started with the burrata salad with prosciutto, which was fantastic. Everything is served family-style, which made the experience feel fun and communal. For dinner, we had the olive oil and garlic linguine paired with chicken piccata medallions in a light Madeira cream sauce with spinach. Delicious combination. For dessert, we celebrated with the birthday girl dessert featuring chocolate and vanilla ice cream, homemade whipped cream, and a sugar cone bowl. Such a fun ending to the meal. We were lucky enough to sit at a table bordering the hotel foyer, so the people-watching added to the whole Vegas experience while we enjoyed dinner. The prices felt reasonable for the portion sizes, and the vibe was lively and energetic. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a fun group dinner spot in Vegas with generous portions and great atmosphere.

We decided to host our wedding reception here and it was hands down the best experience we could’ve asked for. We worked with Kay and her team of service staff to make our vision and dream come to life all while staying within our budget! The entire staff was welcoming, flexible, and accommodating to not only us but our guests as well! The flexibility when booking with them was top tier and relieved a lot of stress when it came to planning this wedding. We couldn’t have been happier with the staff alone, the food could be a separate review on its own! The food was amazing - me and my now husband have never had the pleasure of trying carmines until the day of when we were setting and we were just blown away! So much so that we felt confident that our selections would receive the same reaction from our guests and sure enough they loved it as well! We honestly couldn’t be happier than we already are with this team and restaurant. From quick and effective communication, to flexibility, to decor, to staff etc. everything was simply amazing! Decided to give this restaurant a try for our last evening with the team in Vegas. I was there for a business for a convention. We were seated not too long after our reservation time. The waiter seemed very relaxed and it took quite some time to be able to place an order for a cocktail. We all three ordered something different for dinner. I ordered the veal with mushrooms. We were surprised to see the size of the dinner plates when the food arrive. They are enormous. It’s a bit a waste of money if you’re not aware of this. Now, of course you can bag your leftovers and enjoy a second meal. I guess that’s what most people do. We were seated by the window, so it was less noisy. We also ordered the tiramisu for dessert which none of us could finish. The thing was the size of my head.🤣😳 all at all just an OK experience. Nothing special.
