We had the great joy of having Casa Nova Custom Catering orchestrate our wedding on May 4th 2019. Eduardo and Joaquin brought in a highly professional team that made our garden-themed vision come to life, down to the last detail. His kitchen staff worked quickly and efficiently, keeping their working space clean and timing our meal so that it worked wonderfully for our relaxed schedule. His bartending staff is well trained and creative, and made sure to take care of all our guests. Our wedding was a small and intimate event, and Eduardo worked to create a handcrafted and very personal menu catered to my dietary needs, from a custom blend of spices on the sous vide beef tenderloin to gluten free breadrolls ordered specifically for us. The menu was stunning and executed flawlessly, with my favorite salad done exclusively by this company (and I was so excited they could do it for us!) - the bridal bouquet salad! This lovely company is truly able to completely customize any menu from any type of cuisine, and execute any vision, working closely with professional partners to focus on the big things like tents and rentals, while simultaneously honing in on small details like floral arrangements, table settings, and decorations. We were truly in awe for every minute of our beautiful day, and we are so grateful for the part Casa Nova had to play in it. I highly recommend working with this company for any event in Santa Fe!!
