Just to start - Cescaphe is by far the best value for a wedding in Philadelphia. Period. Full Stop. The services they provide are above and beyond. The amount and quality of the food is mind boggling and the staff is impeccable. We can't say enough how Cescaphe made our wedding incredible. From our first few emails to our various tours of their spaces, we were impressed by Cescaphe. Everyone was extremely helpful and kind. As a customer, it was obvious that Cescaphe wanted to make sure everyone was happy, not with just Cescaphe, but their wedding as a whole. Even the owner Joe was always available to talk and go the extra mile. Working with the staff has truly been a pleasure, as we transitioned from contracts, to planning, to day of coordinator, there was never any perception of unfamiliarity, each new person was ready and up to speed with all of our needs and concerns. It is really a seamless operation. The Cescaphe family is really the ideal partner for any newly engaged couples. After our wedding, I have never heard so many compliments about a wedding. We certainly knew what was in store, but our guests were blown away. The day off staff made sure we knew everything that was happening before it happened and we were never wanting for anything. Any engaged couple we meet from this day forward will get an earful about how they would be crazy to not trust their wedding with Cescaphe.

Cescaphe is top notch! Everything was taken care of and they made the whole process of planning a wedding so easy! Chelsea was an angel, she was my event manager and point person for day of. She fielded my questions and requests with ease for the months leading up to the wedding. Franco was the man! He was the maitre d on our wedding day. He helped me get all the things done and have the best day ever! Between them, the staff day of, and the Lucy being so magical, it truly was best day ever!

Great venue and phenomenal service as usual!

My Wife and I were scheduled to have our wedding at the Cescaphe Ballroom on October 9, 2020. Due to Covid restrictions, Cescaphe was unable to host our event. When we requested our deposit be returned, Cescaphe went silent. We were forced to find another wedding venue and we were left with ZERO communication from Cescaphe. We found out that Cescaphe had pulled this same stunt with several other couples and events, with many of these scheduled events being repeat customers! Cescaphe does not care about it's customers. Do the right thing and refuse to feed into the biggest scam artists in the City of Philadelphia.

I do not recommend this company. They canceled my event bc they were shut down during covid and instead of refunding my deposit, they chose to profit. We attempted to reschedule 2 more times and they were still shut down. We came to the sad realization it was time to throw in the towel. This was the only vendor i worked with to not do the honorable thing - and I worked with big and small companies. All chose to make good under the circumstances except Cescaphe. This was my second event within 4 years with them and I would have had many more. A company that does not value its customer is no company to keep. Pass.
