Charlie's Catering & Company

We recently hired Charlie’s Catering to provide a taco bar for both of our school locations (271 total staff) as part of a staff appreciation event, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. From the moment I spoke with Charlie, I knew we were in good hands. He was incredibly kind, patient, and reassuring. After reading so many positive reviews, it was clear he was the real deal, and he lived up to every word. It was also a pleasure speaking with his assistant (forgive me, I forgot her name), who was just as warm and helpful. Isaac handled the delivery and setup for both locations, and he was prompt, professional, and thorough. Everything was organized quickly and smoothly. And the food… absolutely phenomenal! The seasoned beef and chicken were delicious, and everyone raved about the refried beans and rice. The cookies topped with little gummies were a fun and unexpected hit. Our staff loved everything…even those watching their carbs had nothing but compliments. We had plenty of food, and many were able to go back for seconds. There wasn’t a single complaint, only praise. Charlie’s Catering truly helped make our appreciation event special, and we will definitely be using them again for our next big event. Highly recommended!

If you’re getting married and looking for a caterer, I cannot recommend Charlie’s enough. My husband and I did a pasta bar for our wedding, and their team was just amazing at getting everything set up, serving, etc. They were so kind and the food was seriously SO good. We’re still talking about it - and have gotten so many compliments from our guests. We are truly so grateful that we found Charlie’s Catering!! 🍝

We were incredibly grateful for the catering provided during our grandmother’s funeral. At such a difficult time, everything was handled with care, professionalism, and genuine compassion. The food was beautifully presented and thoughtfully prepared, offering comfort to our family and guests. Many people commented on how delicious everything was. It allowed us to focus on remembering and honoring our grandmother without worry. We truly appreciate the attention to detail and kindness shown—it made a meaningful difference during a very emotional time.

Charlie’s catered my wedding reception & did a fabulous job! They arrived with plenty of time to set up & confirm the timeline. Our guests were happy with the food (especially the appetizers) & they were able to accommodate all dietary restrictions. The servers were all very kind & efficient. We would definitely recommend!

Used Charlie's for a sorority semi-formal and they were very easy to work with. Responded very quickly to emails and were very flexible. People had nothing but compliments for the food. They were helpful with guests who had dietary restrictions.
