After spending 2 weeks in Charleston, 3 different Airbnbs and a hotel later, I can report that nothing beats this place. The Nicholas was the best part of my stay! The staff is attentive, responsive, and kind. Not only are they fabulous, but the room was CLEAN, it is clean clean, which I cannot appreciate more. The bed was so comfy, and the shower was great. Tons of snacks and drink choices were available in the main lobby area, and the pool, although just opening, was so nice to relax by. The AC worked great and kept the room cool on the hot, sweaty days. I loved getting to use the bikes to get everywhere or just walk because it is such a good location you can legit walk everywhere. I plan to come back if ever in Charleston again!

My best friends and I take a yearly vacation together, and this year we chose Charleston. We truly could not have picked a better place for our stay. We made such special memories together, ones we'll cherish for years to come as lifelong girlfriends. The location is perfect, within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants. We hardly moved our car the entire trip and simply used Uber when we wanted to explore other Charleston sites. We are four active 70-year-old women and really appreciate having our own space when we travel together. This property was ideal, with four bedrooms and three bathrooms, which was perfect for our needs. The home is spacious, comfortable, and lovingly decorated. The beds were very comfortable, and there were plenty of towels and everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The only minor downside was that there wasn't a place to sit outside. However, since we were there for four nights and spent most of our time out exploring, it wasn't a significant issue. We would absolutely stay here again!

I really enjoyed our stay. It was walkable to everything we were looking to enjoy in Charleston. The room was extremely clean. I also liked the extras provided in the common area. The patio was extremely inviting. Staying there was one of the most enjoyable experiences I've had.

This was one of the cleanest Airbnbs we have stayed at. The beds were great. We were a block away from fun restaurants, but the pink house was quiet and extremely tidy. There is nothing bad to say about the house. However, it has a really narrow driveway, and we were holding our breath as we backed our rental Ford Explorer out each time we left. A smaller car would be easier. We were two adults, a teenager, and a toddler. We all enjoyed the pool after some historical walking downtown.

What a great spot in downtown Charleston! It is walkable to King Street and so many restaurants. Around the corner from COC, it is a cute suite with outside access to a Boutique B&B. It was nice to have the common area for when we arrived early for using the restroom and grabbing a water. Our unit was adorable and slept three of us easily! Note that you do have to use a spiral staircase for this unit, which was not a problem for us, but just be aware. There is a cute pool area as well, which is rare in DT Charleston.
