DiBiaso’s team did an amazing job for my dad’s funeral. We requested Hawaiian/ tropical flowers, because he loved the Hawaiian islands🌺. The colors were even more vibrant in person. Insane job!!! Definitely will be returning for more flowers:) Thank You John🫶🏻

To put it simply, I was very disappointed in what my Godmother received for her 78th birthday. What I purchased and what I received were two, entirely different things. It was not as full and seemed as though the flowers were older. I understand that sometimes flowers are changed out but they skimped on the actual abundance. What a waste of $102. New response: I ordered flowers for my godmother twice because the first arrangement not only arrived a day late, but it also looked significantly different from the arrangement that was advertised. The day after she received the flowers, your manager called me to apologize. During that conversation, I asked whether he had read my review, and he said he had not. My second call was made directly to your flower shop. For clarification, my original order was placed through Flowershopping.com, which is a fulfillment service that partners with local florists to prepare and deliver arrangements rather than shipping flowers in a box. If your flower shop was not responsible for fulfilling or delivering my order, why did your manager call me to apologize before having knowledge of a negative review?
