We hired Dig & Serve for our destination wedding in Santa Fe this past May, and they were one of the best decisions we made. As New York City residents, we have high standards for food, and many of our guests are well-traveled as well. We knew catering would be one of the most important parts of our wedding, and Brandon immediately gave us confidence. He was kind, patient, thoughtful, and always had great recommendations that aligned with our vision. One thing that stood out throughout planning was how excited our other New Mexico vendors were when they learned we'd chosen Dig & Serve. It quickly became clear they have an outstanding reputation within the local wedding community. Our 50-person wedding required a mobile kitchen because our venue didn't have one. While that level of service comes at a premium, the planning, execution, attention to detail, and quality of the food made it clear exactly what we were paying for. Dig & Serve catered both our welcome party at Meow Wolf and our cocktail-style wedding reception. We wanted to avoid a traditional seated dinner and instead create an evening where guests could mingle while a continuous flow of food was served. Brandon understood that vision immediately and executed it beautifully. The food celebrated New Mexican flavors with creative, elevated twists, and the team was warm, polished, and attentive—including taking great care of our vegan guests and those with dietary restrictions. Looking back, Dig & Serve helped define the experience of our wedding. If you're planning a wedding in Santa Fe—whether you're local or planning from out of state—I genuinely don't think you'll find a higher-quality caterer.

The Dig and Serve team is absolutely incredible. We hired them to cater our wedding at a private venue and they went above and beyond. Dig & Serve catered our son's wedding at our home. From the initial planning through the entire event l, Brandon, Jenn and entire team were outstanding. The set up, The Food all amazing. They really know how to throw a party! The food and the service were second to none for the entire wedding, pre-party and reception. And when it was all over, they cleaned up and it was like no one had been there. Nicest people with whom you would ever want to work!

Brandon and Jenn and their team were unbelievable to work with for our wedding at KitFox. Brandon worked with us to make our food “elevated New Mexican” themed, while providing his many years of industry experience expertise and desire to highlight local produce from the farmer’s market. The tasting was an awesome intimate experience where we got to taste all his amazing food and cocktails and provide feedback before finalizing our menu together. We were completely blown away by how amazing our cuisine was on our wedding day - from the tacos at cocktail hour to the stunning seasonal salad to the watermelon margarita we can’t stop thinking about. Food and cocktail service was impeccable as well - volume and timing of food was perfect. Almost every one of our guests approached us to tell us this was by far the best food they’ve ever eaten at a wedding, but also best meal they had in Santa Fe. Brandon and Jenn are absolute joys of humans too and went out of their way to interact with our guests and make everyone feel so comfortable and happy. We can’t thank Dig & Serve enough for being such a big part of our special day.

I don’t think anything could have adequately prepared me for the meal our that Dig and Serve prepared for us and our guests. We were completely blown away. The intentionally sourced ingredients were the stuff of daydreams and days after the wedding was over so many of our guests approached us to talk about how good the salad was. You know it’s real when your guests can’t stop talking about the salad course. In hiring Brandon and his team you can trust that you’re getting the absolute best that Santa Fe (and I’d hazard a guess, the entire four corners area) has to offer. Our planner, Molly, and I both worked closely with Brandon to curate the perfect menu, based heavily on the freshness of seasonal and local ingredients, and the quality of the food shone through. I don’t know if I’ll ever have a more delicious squash blossom or tomato in my life, and the quality of the seafood was impressive even to my family, who have lived by the coast in Australia for years. Having Brandon send me pictures of the squash blossoms and radishes that would end up on my plate the next day at our wedding brought a massive smile to my face, and that’s just the kind of personal experience you can expect from working with Dig and Serve. It’s one thing to develop a good relationship with your photographer or your planner, but it is much more rare to have that kind of experience with your caterer and we are so thankful for it. There is so much care behind the meal they prepared - I don’t think I’ll experience anything quite like it again. It’s also worth mentioning that what Dig and Serve can achieve in a remote kitchen setup is better than what most wedding caterers can achieve in a fully appointed chef’s kitchen. I wish we could have another full wedding just to hire these guys!
