Latisha was the best doula during my pregnancy and after! She is extremely attentive and loving. She helped set goals for my birthing plan and achieve them, educate me, advocate for me when I was unable to, and be right by my side, no matter what time I was calling she was there! She truly was and still is one of my strongest support partners through it all. Thank you so much Latisha for everything you did and still do for us! I would HIGHLY recommend if you want the best of the best care during your pregnancy and postpartum!

Hands down getting a doula was the best decision I ever made during my pregnancy. LaTisha made me feel so comfortable and extremely informed. It felt good knowing as a first time mother that no question is a dumb question. Her services during my entire pregnancy but especially labor/birth were amazing!! I felt super confident in the hospital the entire time, and so did my partner. Doulas aren’t just for moms, but they are amazing for partners because the birthing experience can have emotions high for all parties involved. I enjoyed her checking on my fiancé, often times fathers can be overlooked during the birth process. As a black woman I am fully aware that Birthing while black can be dangerous if you aren’t fully educated and aware of things. The information she gave me made the entire labor/birth process a lot easier not only for my body but for my mental health. Having proper education is so important, especially when welcoming new life into the world. LaTisha is the best option for you and your family when welcoming a new addition!😊❤️

I was and continue to be so pleased with Ready Set Latch Go and Latisha as my doula for my second pregnancy and birth. Latisha worked with me throughout my second pregnancy towards my goal of having a VBAC. On the big day I went into labor Latisha was right there for me and my spouse and we both felt more confident in the process with her there. The difference between feeling alone and afraid as a couple during my first birth experience and having a trusted and supportive doula during the second one is HUGE! If you are on the fence, especially if you are first time—Ready Set Latch Go is so worth it!

As a first time mom, you realize there are so many thing you just didn’t know you didn’t know. Breastfeeding was one of those things. My Daughter failed to latch and I felt like such a failure. Enter “Ready Set Latch Go”. Latisha was more gentle and helpful than any lactation I’d worked with from the hospital. She was consistent and encouraging, she worked with me and my baby to find what worked best for us and followed my lead with helping me feed my baby. Before meeting Latisha, I felt like I was failing as a mother, unable to feed by child. Thankfully, today, my baby is well fed and the happiest baby I’ve ever met. Million thanks Latisha!

LaTisha was my doula and helped me tremendously with getting my son to latch on me. I left the hospital so anxious and LaTisha would come help me any time I called. She did some home visits where she helped me step by step how to properly get my babies mouth to nipple. Often times I texted and called her via FaceTime & she always answered. I couldn’t have the journey I still have without her help. We’re in Month 6 of breastfeeding and still going strong. I’m forever thankful for her for not only helping deliver my greatest joy (my Cru) but for the continuous support through my motherhood journey!
