Empire Room

We had our wedding at the Empire Room on July 12, 2025, and could not have asked for a better experience! The venue itself is stunning, but what truly made the planning process seamless and stress-free was working with Bayli, the venue coordinator. She was phenomenal—meeting with me multiple times leading up to the big day, always quick to respond to emails and questions, and full of great advice and recommendations. Her organization, professionalism, and calm demeanor helped everything come together perfectly. Highly recommend the Empire Room, especially if you have the chance to work with Bayli!

The Omaha Event Group was a wonderful company to work with and they truly went above and beyond to make sure everything went so smoothly on our wedding day! We loved working with our event manager, Dalia, and could not have had a better person to coordinate the details of our day! She always answered any questions I had and was so flexible with meeting times. Empire Room was truly a beautiful venue! The pictures speak for themselves, outside in Turner Park and inside the venue! :)

We hosted our wedding at the Empire Room in December of 2024 and it was a dream! The venue was absolutely gorgeous and the staff were detail-oriented, caring, and a pleasure to work with. We did not have to worry about any of the details, as they were ready and willing to think through everything for us. I would highly recommend hosting any event here! We worked with Dalia and she was amazing!

We loved having our wedding at the Empire Room! We had our wedding ceremony inside and then flipped the room for our reception. It was by far the best venue we looked at. It is elegant and tasteful and doesn't portray any certain style.  It's beautiful and can easily be transformed to fit any bride's wedding day vision! We also loved the location! It is in a beautiful part of Omaha and we loved that there were hotel accommodations within walking distance. Dallas is the wedding coordinator and she is awesome! She is easy to work with, knowledgeable and flexible. She was accommodating to us not living in the city and we met several times over zoom. Dallas communicated with our wedding planner and worked with her for day of coordination, which made our wedding day flow so smooth. We would highly recommend the Empire Room and their staff!

The Empire Room exceeded all our expectations! Katie, was wonderful from the very first meeting! The entire staff was professional, easy to work with and prepared. The elegance and classiness of the room’s interior was complimented by everyone. I highly recommend the Empire Room to anyone getting married!
