Bader and the Food for Thought Catering team catered our wedding, and it was hands-down the best meal we’ve ever had, genuinely better than several Michelin-starred restaurants we’ve been to. Every course was thoughtfully composed, and you could tell how much care Bader puts into sourcing quality ingredients and working with the right suppliers. We had many guests reach out after our wedding raving about how incredible the food was! Bader and his team completely blew everyone away. Beyond the food, Bader’s communication throughout the planning process was outstanding. He was clear about expectations from the start and made the whole experience stress-free. Food for Thought catered my wedding and rehearsal dinner and they did a fabulous job! Our guests have not stopped raving about the food and service, everything was delicious. Bader and his team are professional and efficient and I truly enjoyed working with them. From my first phone call with Bader, he made me feel at ease and well taken care of. Me and some other family members are Celiac and he was able to accommodate a mostly gluten free meal for both of our events. I highly recommend working with FFT for your event!

We hired Food For Thought to cater our wedding as a "cocktail" / heavy tapas style dinner, including a charcuterie and grazing board as appetizers (the attached photos). We didn't get photos of dinner, but it was yummy and beautiful!

100000/10!!! Bader with Food for Thought was truly one of the MVPs of our wedding weekend. From the moment we started planning, he went above and beyond—thoughtful, creative, and worked seamlessly with our team, which is exactly what every bride needs. Thursday before the wedding, he kicked things off by catering our welcome party for 200 with a light dinner and the most delicious passed hors d’oeuvres. The highlight may have been his signature custom ranch waters—he took our personalized Topo Chico bottles, refilled them with his homemade ranch water recipe. It was such a memorable touch and idea that I had and he took it and made it happen. He also crafted a custom drink from a menu I love so much, using his own housemade recipe as well -- every detail was intentional, fresh, and elevated! The next day, he seamlessly delivered packed lunches for 25 guys heading out to fly fish on the river. The food was fresh and the guys loved it -- delivered very early 45 minutes from his office after the large gathering the night before. Then for the wedding day -- that morning, he dropped off the most beautiful spread for the girls getting ready: sandwiches, wraps, cheeses, fruit -- all fresh, artfully displayed, and with zero disruption. It was everything we needed without us having to lift a finger. And then, the main event. Bader handled food and bar for our 350-person wedding and completely NAILED it. He started the evening by lining the entracne with servers offering lemonade, water, and champagne as they headed to be seated for the ceremony. Signature cocktails with edible flowers, incredible passed apps, a well-staffed bar, and a seamless dinner service that felt effortless and looked stunning. I mean stunning. The service was above and beyond. One of my most favorite things about Bader is that in the midst of the chaos he took the time to bring me one of each passed apps and each of the specialty cocktails to try while I was in the bridal suite getting ready for the reception during cocktail hour -- super special and personal. We had a spicy reposado marg, a huckleberry mule, and an old fashion that were made again with his homemade favorings. Not to even mention how everyone raved over the food. It was served on time so it was hot and delicious! Every single item was homemade, thoughtfully crafted, and delicious. He took every request and made it happen!! Bader doesn’t just cater -- he creates an experience. I cannot recommend Food for Thought enough. He made our weekend unforgettable.

Food for Thought catering was hands down one of the best catering experiences I have ever had. I came to Food for Thought with a pretty last minute request for in home catering services and was travelling in from out of town. Food for Thought was accomodating and flexible right from the get go - offering home delivery and a beautifully crafted menu despite them already having a completely full booking for the day I was requesting. The food was incredible, well presented and had very easy follow instructions on how to serve/heat up. The team was responsive throughout all communications and handled the entire process with care and personal touches. THANK YOU to the team for an incredible experience. Will be working with Food for Thought again in the future when back in Montana.
