Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole

We booked the Four Seasons Spa in Teton Village for my sister’s bachelorette trip because we wanted to do something special, relaxing, and upscale together. Unfortunately, this was probably the least relaxing spa experience I have ever had. The spa was completely overcrowded. The waiting/relaxation area is extremely small, and there were so many people packed into it that multiple groups were piled onto the same couches together. We were literally sitting shoulder-to-shoulder with strangers while waiting for our treatments. There was no privacy, no peaceful atmosphere, and absolutely nothing about it felt luxurious or relaxing. For a Four Seasons, I was honestly shocked at how small and chaotic the entire spa felt. We specifically chose this property because we expected a higher-end experience for such an important weekend, and it was a huge disappointment. The facilities were also much more limited than the website makes them appear. If you are not staying at the hotel, you do not have access to the outdoor pool or many of the resort amenities shown online. The actual spa experience for outside guests is basically limited to an indoor hot tub, cold plunge, and steam room. On top of that, the shower areas were not clean and had hair throughout them, which is completely unacceptable at this price point. The treatments themselves may have been good, but that does not make up for the overall experience. A spa, especially a Four Seasons spa, is supposed to feel peaceful, private, clean, and relaxing. This felt crowded, cramped, misleading, and chaotic. For my sister’s bachelorette, this was incredibly disappointing. We could have spent the day at another spa and had a completely different experience. I would not recommend this spa to anyone looking for a relaxing day spa experience, and I definitely would not recommend it for a special occasion.

The hotel and staff were great. But what was even better, they set us up with fly fishing guide, Andy. He was amazing. My daughter and I had an amazing day. Caught a bunch of early season trout. They also booked us star gazing with Cody. We were out for 2.5 hours. He was so knowledgeable and fun. Had a spread of snacks and drink. We did look thru the telescope a few times but really just learned and asked questions while staring at a clear sky. Highly recommend both adventures!!

Another memorable stay with the Four Seasons! We can always count on the brand to provide top notch service and comfortable rooms in a picturesque setting, and Jackson Hole definitely lived up to the reputation. The rooms are spacious and tastefully updated. The pool area is very serene among the aspen trees and the perfect way to cool down after a day of adventure in the Tetons. Housekeeping did an outstanding job and had us laughing at their creative arrangements of my son's many stuffed animals. I can assure you there is no better option at this price point in the Jackson Hole area. Highly recommend!

Four night stay in a 3-bedroom residence. The property is ideally situated in close proximity to Grand Teton National Park. The in-house wildlife safari tour was very good (ask for Aidan). The heated pool and gym facilities were great. There were some issues with service speed and logistics for our tours/activities but nothing too major. Rooms and common areas could do with a refresh but other than that, a perfectly enjoyable stay.

Great hotel, beautiful area, perfect location. We enjoyed the back end of a ski season at this Four Seasons. The ski in, ski out aspect was great and the hotel was very attentive to taking care of 'ski things'. In case you forget something (like underwear), there are plenty of shops in the village. You can rent from some of those same shops, or rent directly from Four Seasons. It seems like the FS rentals were slightly nicer. Even with lack of snow, the views were breathtaking. Sitting on the patio at night with a glass of wine watching the sunset over the mountains was incredible. Austin did a tremendous job of taking care of us and carrying on great conversation. Spa and restaurant were great, and you are close enough to Jackson for shopping and other dining establishments. This Four Seasons is a little less hoity toity than others, but it has the laid back mountain vibe that makes it unique.
