We worked with Gina from Gourmet Galley for our wedding at the Madison Beach Club on September 26th and she was nothing short of extraordinary. From the very beginning, Gina guided us through every step from building out our menu, choosing linens and rentals and designing the layout for both the outdoor cocktail hour and the indoor reception. She even connected us with our incredible vendor that did all the lighting inside which really made the night magical. Leading up the wedding, Gina was a true partner. She made the planning process feel easy, organized, and enjoyable, always answering questions and offering thoughtful recommendations. On the wedding day itself, she executed everything flawlessly. The food was incredible (highly recommend the short ribs and lobster rolls!), the cocktail hour was absolutely beautiful and the reception looked perfect. We received so many compliments from our guests and we truly couldn’t have asked for anything more. What made Gina stand out even further was her presence throughout the entire day. She was right by our side making sure everything ran smoothly, we stayed on schedule, and we never had to worry about anything. The wait staff was exceptional as well, and we had a dedicated server throughout the night who made sure we always had what we needed. It really felt like above and beyond service in every way - especially for over 160 people! Gina made our wedding day unforgettable, and we are so grateful for her professionalism, warmth and talent. I recently held a private event for 50 at Preston Ridge Vineyard on May 20, 2026 which Gourmet Galley catered through their "GG at Home" cold, drop-off service. This was the perfect solution for a smaller gathering where room-temp or chilled appetizers are all you need. The portions were excellent, beautifully presented, and Kelly was easy to work with to plan the event. The delivery service was prompt, and the driver, Brandon (I hope I got his name right!), was lovely and conscientious!

He was delighted by all of the detail that you put into every bite! We thank you for making another of our family events a wonderful memory. From our daughter’s beautiful wedding and reception at Harkness (that was perfection) to our large and ever growing family reunions, you have made each celebration delicious, beautiful and seamless from start to finish.

Worked with Gourmet Galley for a corporate event at one of the mansions in Newport. They were very easy to work with, accomodating to our changes in the weeks leading up and very communicative. Guests loved the food and the staff were very friendly and helpful - some even dressing up in silly props with our guests we provided. We would 100% work with them again if in the area.
