Gracious Thyme

We used Gracious Thyme as the caterer at our wedding recently. They were incredibly supportive throughout the entire process (shoutout Gab) and helped with everything we needed, from food selection to set up to the day of the event. Our wedding went incredibly smoothly and to top it off the food was incredible. People at our wedding raved about the food especially when considering most wedding/catering food is dry and bland. Gracious Thyme was the opposite of that and even the leftovers we ate a week later were delicious. Would highly recommend anyone using Gracious Thyme for their event/wedding

There aren't enough words in this box to explain how grateful we are for the experience Gracious Thyme provided for our winter wedding in Brooklyn. From the tasting experience in the summer to the final touches that night, everything was executed to perfection. I have rarely been to weddings where the food was memorable but we have received countless compliments about the quality of the food and service. They are flexible and thoughtful when designing your menu and overall look and are willing to work with other vendors as needed. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Gracious Thyme made our wedding at The Strand so easy, special and delicious! They’re really an amazing team, everything ran smoothly and many guests commented on how good the food was. I cannot speak highly enough of Gracious Thyme and its fearless leader of excellent taste, Lisa. From the very start Lisa was incredibly generous with her time and brought so many visionary ideas to the table (pun intended). She worked with us when our budgetary restrictions shifted, leveraged her incredible attention to detail, and made sure we (the Bride & Groom) were well taken care of on the big night. Our guests raved about the food and service, as well they should! Gracious Thyme is beyond worth the investment, and we are so glad they came to us highly recommended by our venue.

Gracious Thyme did an incredible job catering a multi-generational birthday dinner party. The food and attention from the staff was remarkable. At one point, my dad said “this is the best food I’ve had at any event, wedding, anything, hands down.” And we all agreed! Beyond the food, I was also super impressed by their organization and responsiveness in the planning stages and thoughtfulness of the staff on the day of event, especially in regards to allergies. Their seamless planning and thoughtful execution of the night made it so joyful and memorable for our whole family, kids to grandparents!
