Hoopes Events

We had the opportunity to work with wedding planner Angela Menlove of Hoopes Events for the Savitz & Worbington wedding on September 6, 2025, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Angela chose two incredible locations in Park City, Utah for the celebration. The ceremony took place at Homestake, which was such a beautiful setting, and the reception followed at Silver Lake at Bald Mountain, both stunning properties that created an unforgettable backdrop for the day. Our team at Wasatch Audio Visual & Productions provided ceremony sound and audio support for the guitarist performing the ceremony music, and later stage and power for the reception. Everything came together seamlessly thanks to Angela’s organization and attention to detail. Angela was amazing to work with throughout the entire process. Her communication was clear, professional, and thoughtful, which made coordination smooth for everyone involved. We truly enjoyed collaborating with Angela and the Hoopes Events team and would be thrilled to work together again in the future. We can’t wait to partner on more weddings and events down the road!

I can't recommend Hoopes Events enough!! We chose the month-of coordination package for our wedding and they did not disappoint! Our coordinator was Angela, and what a lifesaver she was! She handled everything so professionally while also being so kind, helpful, and warm. She was truly amazing and we can't thank her enough! We had to change the ceremony plan last minute due to rain, but I wasn't even stressed because Angela handled it like a pro. Pricing was also so great! We paid $1900 for our coordination package, which was the cheapest of all the companies we looked at. It wasn't cheap service though! Angela helped make our wedding day perfect 🩷 1000/10 recommend

Tonya Hoopes is amazing! She made our visions and dreams come true. Tonya’s appreciated what my daughter desired and she made certain that our elaborate ideas came true. Tonya was instrumental in conducting our rehearsal, making certain the rehearsal dinner was wonderful and then she never stopped on the day of the wedding with keeping everyone on time, making sure the ceremony was perfection and the reception dinner and party were perfect. Because of Tonya and her staff, as the mother of the bride, I was able to relax and enjoy my daughter’s wedding. Tonya is a rock-star!!!! Our wedding had a lot of moving parts and her attention to all of our details was more than we could have asked for. Because of Tonya, I have nothing but great memories of this very special day. Tonya made our wedding weekend pure joy!

Angela from Hoopes Events was an absolute pleasure to work with. She provided coordination for my daughter's wedding. Angela was friendly, professional and extremely responsive. Once I turned all of my vendors and plans over to her, I knew I didn't have to worry about a thing. The "day of" she ensured that it was stress free for both me, and the bride & groom. We were in the best hands and did not have to worry about a thing during our ceremony & reception. I would highly recommend Angela, Tonya and Hoopes Events for coordination and/or full planning of your event.

We hired Angela and Tonya for one month before the wedding and day of and they made our dreams come true! They seamlessly helped us organize our vendors leading up to the wedding and especially on day of, their expertise shined. Despite impending rain that would have moved us to the indoor back-up location at the Park City Mountain resort, Angela and Tonya made miracles happen. They kept in constant contact with the venue workers to ensure that we would be able to ride the chairlift and alpine slide safely to our dream wedding while setting up all 150 chairs at the outdoor ceremony and indoor secondary location just in case. We are so grateful for all of the day of communication and arrangements. While our bride had some overwhelming emotions due to the stress of rain, our wedding planners were so calm, collected, and positive none of our guests even knew of the chaos that was happening behind the scenes.
