I'm very pleased with their service! They were very caring and listened to my needs. They worked with my budget, especially because my wedding was a micro wedding. They understood that and worked around it with me. Christyn was my day-of coordinator, and she went above and beyond to meet my needs and make the day go smoothly and be a dream. Her decoration was phenomenal!

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Hudson's Edge Catering! From our very first meeting through the wedding day itself, they exceeded every expectation. Our coordinator, Nicole, was absolutely amazing to work with. She was incredibly responsive, organized, and always answered our questions quickly, making the entire planning process stress-free. We looked forward to every tasting because it was such a fun experience to sample the menu options, and Nicole helped us create the perfect dinner for our guests. The food was simply outstanding. We served Teriyaki Salmon, Brisket, and Lemon Chicken, and our guests are still talking about the meal. Time and time again, we heard people say, "That was the best meal I've ever had at a wedding!" There truly wasn't a single disappointment. The service was equally exceptional. The servers were friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient, ensuring everyone was served promptly while making guests feel well cared for throughout the evening. We were so impressed with Hudson's Edge that we also hired them to cater our Welcome Party the night before the wedding, and they delivered a fantastic spread of appetizers and desserts. If you're looking for a wedding caterer that serves incredible food and provides exceptional customer service, Hudson's Edge is the perfect choice. We would recommend them over and over again!

Hudson's Edge catered our wedding last Saurday, August 22, 2026. To say that we were pleased with Hudson's Edge would be a complete understatement. We worked with Nicole McCrate to plan and coordinate everything necessary for our big day. Nicole was extremely attentive. She listened to our concerns and answered our questions. She received and sent countless emails back and forth. She worked alongside our venue to miminize multiple planning calls. She was caring, kind, and professional. Truly a wonderful individual to work with. On the day of, we worked with Aaron, Daphne, and team. The services received from HE's on our big day were remarkable. We had so many guests tell us that HE went out of their way to accomodate them in whatever way needed. The food was absolutely incredible, so many guests said that this was "the best wedding food they've ever had." The desserts were phenomenal. The team was meticulous in their work from cooking and plating to delivery and cleanup, everything was seamless. The bar staff was amazing as well. I could go on and on about how wonderful the entire HE staff was on our day! However, I would like to give a special shout out to Daphne. She was eager to do whatever necessary to contribute to the success of our day. She made us feel incredibly special. She's a rockstar and Hudson's Edge should feel lucky to have her! Thank you to Hudson's Edge, a small family owned business, for making us feel as if we were apart of your family! You treated each and every single person at our wedding as if they were a life long friend, aunt/uncle, cousin, etc. We are so grateful to have found such a wonderful catering company and we will always recommend Hudson's Edge!

Its always a pleasure working with Hudson's Edge Catering. From a venue owner standpoint, I love seeing them pull up in our drive. They are professional, they do an amazing job, food is delicious and the staff are wonderful! I look forward to many events with Hudson's Edge!

My wife Abby and I were absolutely blown away by Hudson’s Edge Catering. From start to finish, everything was exceptional. The staff was incredible, the service was seamless, and the food was honestly beyond anything we could have hoped for. We’ve had at least five or six different guests tell us it was the best wedding food they’ve ever had, and one even said it was the best they ever will have. The short ribs were phenomenal, and the garlic herb chicken was hands down some of the best chicken we’ve ever tasted. And the candied bacon… wow. It was an absolute showstopper. It looked amazing, guests couldn’t stop talking about it, and more than one person joked they could’ve eaten an entire pound by themselves. If you’re considering Hudson’s Edge for your wedding or event, stop looking. They exceeded every expectation and played a huge part in making our wedding unforgettable. Thank you for everything!
