I went to Hunt's Photo & Video today to have my camera sensor cleaned after my own attempt to clean it didn't go as planned... From the moment I walked in, Eryk greeted me warmly and was very professional. I was worried I may have damaged my camera sensor, but Lawrence, the store manager, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to remove all of the residue and get my camera back into great condition. He answered all my questions, which gave me a lot of confidence in their expertise. Excellent customer service, knowledgeable staff, and a great experience overall. I highly recommend Hunt's Photo & Video to any photographer who needs equipment service or support.
I had the most amazing experience with Camille! I walked in having 2 great options to ask questions about. Camille had an answer at every question I asked. She spent almost 3 hours helping me decide which camera body is best for my business. As well as making packages for me to know what I expect to pay and what the pros and cons are of each body type. She was very knowledgeable about all my gear and all the gear Hunts sells. She was amazing to talk to and build a connection with. I wish I could’ve tipped her. She went above and beyond for me and I am so thankful to have had her guide me in this situation. I left with a great purchase and feeling very confident about my choice. SHE DESERVES A RAISE
