i had a horrible experience at this Snipes store in Oakwood mall. i had friends visiting from out of town, came here and purchased some white air force ones at about 7pm. around 10pm i went to put the shoes on and realized that the left shoe was fake. there were about 4 differences between the left and right shoe. i had no choice but to wear the shoe that night as i had no other shoes to wear with me and i already had plans. i made a video which is time and date stamped showing the shoes in their new condition. took the shoes back first thing the next day and the manager Darren who has horrible customer service btw would not rectify the situation saying he couldnt replace the left shoe since it had be worn and my point was why not? its not like you can resale the left shoe even if its not worn because its fake. Also this makes me question the legitimacy of all of their sneakers. Would never shop here again!
Today is Friday it's 11:30 and the store isn't open. How can you expect a business to run and nobody is even in there. I wanted to purchase two shirts and some shorts but I will definitely not be coming back here. They need better employees and managers.

Love the store. Store Manager is Awesome,I believe his name is Irv. He knows how to take care of his customers. He is definitely a true gentleman in the entire Oakwood Mall. I recommend that store to everyone..
This location is so trash it’s only one lady (light skin) sorry I don’t know her name here that shows customer service everyone else is clueless or disgusted or disgruntled, be having attitudes for no reason
