We recently hosted a graduation party for our daughter and used Johnny Burke Catering. The young lady who delivered the food was so knowledgeable and so pleasant! The food was great. We ordered the Cheese & Charcuterie Board Platter, Hummus & Crudite Platter, Coconut Shrimp, Grilled Tenderloin Sliders, Caprese Sliders and for dessert the Mini Boston Cream Pies, and Chocolate Chip Cookies. Everything was plated beautifully and delicious! We will absolutely use them again for future events.

We couldn't have asked for a better catering team for our wedding! From the very beginning, the team—particularly Amby and Danielle—were incredibly organized, professional, and attentive, making the entire planning process seamless and stress-free. On the wedding day, everything ran flawlessly. The food was absolutely outstanding—beautifully presented, delicious, and one of the highlights of the evening. The team even came up with creative ways to present various courses based on our theme. They were sensitive to guests' dietary restrictions/allergies and had many options available so that everyone had a great meal. Our guests are still talking about how amazing every course was! Amby was incredibly competent, unflappable, and detail-oriented as day-of-coordinator. What truly set this team apart, however, was their compassion and professionalism during an unexpected emergency at the reception. They responded with remarkable calm, kindness, and efficiency, helping coordinate the situation while ensuring the safety and privacy of everyone involved. At the same time, they kept the event moving as smoothly as possible, allowing our guests to feel cared for without adding to an already stressful moment. Their exceptional service, attention to detail, and genuine care went far beyond what we ever expected from a caterer. They didn't just provide an incredible meal—they were an essential part of making our wedding a success, even under difficult circumstances. We are deeply grateful for everything they did and would recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking for a catering company that delivers outstanding food, impeccable service, and extraordinary professionalism. Are you guys doing the employee catering for the Fifa Fan Fest Downtown?!? If yes, the macaroon and brisket from Friday were so good, even cold. On top of that the lunch AND dinner from Saturday were perfect, it was light and flavorful plus the lil cheesecakes were also delicious.💕

Food was amazing, every person from that organization was so professional, helpful and responsive to every request we had for our son and future daughter in laws Rehearsal buffet! Oh and food was delicious!

We’ve had non-stop compliments from our guests saying it was the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding — especially the sea bass, which everyone is still talking about!
