Lily Jane Boutique has trendy accessories and clothing for the best prices around Auburn! Known for their earring wall at their storefront, they have a special pair waiting for you. Absolutely love the courtyard that is by their store. Also great for sorority gear. Charming store with friendly customer service. Highly recommend.
Top notch customer service!! I had to call the store because I had accidentally picked in store pick up for my purchase. The person I talked to was kind and helpful. They were going to text me an invoice to pay for shipping, but they weren’t able to. They text me to let me know they would have to email it. I appreciate that they communicated that to me instead of just emailing it. Shipping was super fast and the items were amazing quality at a great price! Will definitely order from here again!
I came in here looking for gift items for friends and I picked up 2 of the same items both with a price sticker of $34.99. I went to check out and the sales lady told me it was actually going to be $65 for each item. When I asked her if it rang up for the price of $34.99 she said yes, but it shouldn’t have. That is almost double what they have listed on the item. I asked the lady if they can’t just sell me the items for what they have listed for and she said no and removed the price tag on the items. This is horrible customer service and a horrible way to do business. It’s not the customer’s fault you listed the items wrong and now want to increase the price at check out. I will no longer be doing business with this store. This is completely unprofessional.
Owner and staff are so friendly and helpful. Immediately came over to help when she knew I was trying to decide on sizes. She knew I was going to have to mail the item that day and she packaged and printed a shipping label on the spot. A great reminder of the perks of shopping a small business.
