Limelight Ketchum

Stayed at Limelight Hotel Ketchum for 2 nights over the memorial weekend and overall had a fantastic 5-star experience. The rooms were beautiful, clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff throughout the property were exceptional — friendly, welcoming, and always eager to help. The lounge atmosphere and food quality were also excellent and added a lot to the overall stay. A couple of minor things kept it from being absolutely perfect. There was noticeable static electricity throughout the property whenever touching things outside the room like the elevator buttons and room door handles, which became a little uncomfortable over time. We were also slightly disappointed with the vegetarian dining experience after learning that the fries were cooked in the same oil as chicken despite being labeled vegetarian. For vegetarians, that distinction matters and felt misleading. That said, the overall experience, hospitality, comfort, and quality of the hotel were outstanding, and we would still absolutely rate it 5 stars and gladly stay again. We look forward to staying here again.

Our second time staying here and can't wait to return! The rooms are beautiful, spacious, and so comfortable. The location is perfect, walking distance to everything. The staff is so helpful and friendly. The pool area is a real highlight with incredible views. It has everything you need.

We had an incredible stay at Limelight Hotel Ketchum. From reservation to checkout, everything felt like a true five-star experience. We were celebrating a birthday, and the concierge team went above and beyond to coordinate balloons and a cake ahead of our arrival—it made the whole experience feel so thoughtful and personalized. Brody was especially amazing—he helped us with everything we needed (including things we forgot like a lighter for candles and extra robes) with such great energy and a genuine smile. We were also upgraded to a corner room with beautiful windows, which I absolutely loved. Every detail was handled so well. We’ll absolutely be back!

The Limelight is the place to stay in Sun Valley! 🏔️ From the airport pickup to the easy shuttles to Baldy, they make everything effortless. We even got to take one of their Audis out for a test drive—such a cool, high-end perk! Huge shoutout to the staff (front desk, housekeeping, and drivers); the service is a genuine 11/10. Don’t miss: The Breakfast: Huge variety and delicious The Bar: Order the spicy margarita! The Rooms: Super comfortable and well-appointed. Highly recommend for a seamless mountain getaway!

On the positive side, the room was clean, well-designed, and a perfect size for a comfortable stay. I also appreciated receiving an upgrade through Amex Travel, which made the stay feel a bit more special. The amenities like the hot tub and gym were really nice, nothing over-the-top, but well-maintained and enjoyable. We also had fun test driving the Audi and really enjoyed happy hour at the bar, which added to the overall experience. That said, for a property that’s part of the Fine Hotels & Resorts collection, I expected more attention to detail—especially in the bathroom. The shower floor was noticeably dirty, which was disappointing, and the bath, shampoo, and conditioner products had an unpleasant smell and didn’t feel luxurious. The pillows were also quite flat and didn’t provide much support, which took away from the overall comfort of the stay.
