Loews Ventana Canyon Resort

My husband and I stayed at Loews Ventana in Tucson for 5 nights (7/19-22) and LOVED our stay and overall experience. The bed was super comfortable; we loved the pool; the grounds and overall decor was beautiful…a coastal, organic feel. The staff was outstanding. Saif guided us and provided good details about our room and hotel in general. Our room was cleaned very well each day, Melanie and Christian took excellent care of our dining experience. The other staff was professional, friendly and helpful throughout our stay…we will definitely return! Thank you for making our stay very positive and memorable.🤗

I was there a couple weeks ago with my wife attending conferences and I just wanted to say that as an older Hispanic man I feel sometimes I get overlooked for receiving exceptional service. With that being said Shawn at the pool was extremely attentive, polite and engaging every time he passed by me at the pool, he made sure my bucket of beer was full and when I finally got hungry, he was there promptly to take my order for some amazing nachos. He was genuinely authentic in the way he made me feel right at home. He absolutely has a true grasp of hospitality. I will certainly be returning next summer and requesting Shawn to take care of me. Thank you again for the outstanding service. I sincerely appreciate it.

My wife and I spent the Fourth of July weekend at Loews Ventana Canyon, and it was the perfect getaway. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The service was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, and the entire property has a relaxing atmosphere that makes it easy to unwind. The highlight of our stay was dinner at the Flying V. It was one of the best meals we’ve had in a long time. The creamy goat cheese polenta was absolutely outstanding, and the smoked tableside guacamole was unforgettable. Every dish was beautifully prepared, and the service made the evening feel truly special. Whether you’re looking for a romantic weekend, a peaceful escape, or simply a chance to recharge in a beautiful setting, Loews Ventana Canyon delivers. We left already talking about when we’ll come back. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing stay with our family and two little kiddos. We have a 1 and 3 year old and stayed in the canyon suites so everyone had plenty of room. I called ahead to preorder a charcuterie board for the room and told them we had two little kids with us and the hotel surprised us with balloons and cookies for our girls!! The canyon suites were amazing and so clean! The maids were amazing and left the room so clean every day! The room service was wonderful (wish they had a few more seafood options for room service like the fish tacos from Bill’s Grill (pool bar) would have been fabulous) but all of the restaurants had amazing food!! Flying V’s was great too we did 5pm dinner there and our waitress Alexis was the best with our little girls and our glass of water was always full and all of the wait staff was so great with our children. This hotel was fabulous for small children but felt classy and great for adults too! We will be back!!

Absolutely love this place. The nature walk with waterfall was stunning. I truly love how after all these years keep it as natural as possible. Wildlife is all over this place. We walked around rattlesnakes, black widows and even a raccoon. There was even a siting of a mountain lion from another guest! The bats are everywhere keeping the bug population down. Don’t get me wrong, this was in the nature trail walk. So do not think this place is dangerous. We absolutely loved it. Rooms were clean spacious and inviting. The tub in the room was huge, quite literally can fit a family of four in there. Haha. The pool was clean with impeccable service- Laz was very attentive and always had a smile on his face. There are floats, balls, sun screen available and of course clean big towels to use while you are at the pool. We ordered food at the restaurant for breakfast and at the pool for lunch. It is a bit pricey for my liking however I loved everything I ordered it was perfectly cooked. We will be back!
