Los Poblanos is so much more than a hotelβit's an experience. From the moment you arrive, you can feel the property's rich history and its significance to Albuquerque. Every detail beautifully preserves that heritage while offering all the comforts of a luxury stay. The rooms are quiet, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed, blending historic charm with modern comfort. It was the perfect place to relax and recharge. The staff truly set this place apart. Every person we encountered was kind, welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making our stay memorable. Their hospitality made us feel at home from check-in to check-out. The grounds are absolutely stunning and incredibly walkable. Whether you're strolling through the lavender fields, gardens, or tree-lined paths, the scenery is breathtaking. I highly recommend taking the guided walking tourβit offers fascinating insight into the history of Los Poblanos and its connection to the city of Albuquerque, making you appreciate the property even more. Another highlight is the incredible wellness offerings. From yoga and Pilates classes to the beautiful pool and relaxing saunas, there are so many opportunities to slow down, recharge, and fully enjoy your stay. Whether you're visiting for a romantic getaway, a relaxing weekend with family or friends, or simply looking to disconnect and enjoy a beautiful setting, Los Poblanos is an unforgettable destination. We left feeling refreshed, inspired, and already planning our next visit.
My sons and I visited because we are establishing a botanical farm and wanted to see the best one in the state. We checked out some of the grounds which are beautifully developed. Most we couldn't see because access is limited to "guest only". The farm shop which is filled with stunning treasures. We did manage to find several beautiful things that just had to come home with us. When we told the cashier the reason for our visit, he took us over to the greenhouse where the staff there were kind enough to answer all our questions surrounding running such a property and gave us valuable advice. Everyone was so kind, helpful and encouraging. We are planning on going back to stay at the Inn very soon so that we can fully experience the entire property and all it has to offer.
My latest visit as of today has by far been the best customer service from each person I met ever. Morning in the shop cafe. The two ladies are a beautiful team both really went way out of the way to accommodate me. They are special highlights & fixtures. I want to come back to order from them. Iβve met before last trip but even more so memorable this trip. The Spa also made a hugely memorable impact in my amazing experience, was the dark haired young lady with the cool nose ring. She could not have been better or made an happy experience for me. All of her words were chosen with consideration, thoughtfulness & impact. I Have no doubt on future visits I will be going to the hacienda spa & wish I could have today but only here for a short day before long drive. Toured the spa facilities because online pics donβt show much & they should probably do better on line marketing because online pics donβt do it visual justice. Very well appointed spa. I thought it had a lot of space for comfortable lounging, luxe areas & fully shaded relaxation areas for when the sun is highest outside. Especially useful for someone not staying overnight on property. Truly the hospitality was perfect & Iβll appreciate it & fondly think about it until my next trip. Canβt wait to eat din din later.
Still thinking about last night at Campo at Los Poblanos. What started as dinner turned into one of those experiences you donβt really forget. We sat in a circle with people we had never met before and somehow left feeling connected to all of them. The atmosphere was warm in the kind of genuine way you canβt fake β every person who found out it was Mikeβs birthday made it a point to stop and wish him a happy birthday. The food was unreal. The NM beef was absolutely out of this world, and the dessert may honestly be the best thing Iβve tasted in years. Amazing drinks, stunning views, incredible service from beginning to end β every part of the night felt thoughtful and intentional. And then, to top it all off, a stranger we met while having drinks secretly paid for our meal. One of those moments that reminds you there are still really kind people out there. Just incredibly grateful for the experience, the people, and the memory. Albuquerque has been treating us well.
A few weeks ago my husband and I visited Los Poblanos to talk to management about getting photos taken on their property. We talked to Drew specifically about our intentions. We shared with him that we got married back in December but didn't get pictures on our wedding day. We talked to him about getting pictures taken at Los Poblanos in our wedding outfits. We decided to book a room and purchase a photo pass. I talked to Maddie a few weeks later to confirm our photo pass(it also took her almost 2 weeks to get back to me I had to call multiple times). I shared with her again that we got married back in December and just wanted to take pictures in our wedding outfits. We did not have a formal wedding, I would not consider my wedding outfit a wedding gown as it is a white skirt and a beaded white top. She said that is fine and got us all set up. We show up March 16th to get our pictures taken we all get ready and meet up with our photographer at the front. The front desk girl (cant remember her name but was very rude even when I checked in) was giving us a hard time saying we're not allowed to take "wedding photos" unless we got married at Los Poblanos. At this point we were pretty upset because we already spent so much money between the room, photo pass and the photographer we had to wait for the manager to sort things out. Drew finally showed up and he was giving us a hard time even though he was the one we talked to weeks ago about our plan. We told everyone from the beginning that we will be taking pictures in our wedding outfits. No-one said this would be a problem. So we lost 20 minutes of our photographers time to be treated this way. Los Poblanos wants to come across as a nice place to be but honestly a lot of the workers come off very pretentious and very unwelcoming once they get your money. To me Los Poblanos is a very greedy place and will take every penny they can. I will NEVER return. I cant even get into our experience we had at their Campos bar area later that night. The bar tender we had was the only positive experience we had during our visit. He was very nice and helpful. he's the only reason why I'm not gonna get into the other issues we had that night.
