Luminous Events of New Orleans

Absolutely obsessed with every detail they did for our wedding. We had two venues and both turned out better than I could have imaged. Communication was great also. Would highly recommend!! Thank you Lisa and team!

Lisa and her team at Luminous were truly stellar to work with! Their designs for our wedding were totally gorgeous, and they were really flexible with all the rescheduling we had to do because of Covid. We had to reschedule from fall 2020 to Halloween of 2021, and Lisa seamlessly switched gears to make our wedding into a classy, spooky affair. Black candles, candelabras, hanging LED candles- all of it looked totally stunning and worked perfectly with the florals we had. That's another thing I loved about Luminous: Lisa worked really well with our other vendors, especially Herbivore and Latrobes. No words can describe how beautiful Luminous Events made our wedding. We first met Luminous Events at their office where we had a great initial discussion on how we wanted our wedding to look. The owner joked with my dad about never having a king cake and stated that he must get a king cake before we had our wedding in New Orleans (this was a destination wedding… and we did get my dad a king cake before the wedding). Their expertise really came in handy as they had so many great ideas and suggestions. Their selection of furniture and décor was unmatched. We had gorgeous lanterns lining the entrance and aisle of our wedding. They used a beautiful arch for the altar. They also supplied the prettiest pink couches that worked perfectly with our color scheme…and that’s only a few examples of everything they did. Overall, they made our dream wedding into a reality. We are confident that no one else could have done a better job than Luminous Events.

We loved using Luminous Events for our wedding! We were impressed from start to finish. Once we sent them our ideas/vision board they created a comprehensive plan for the design and decor of our ceremony and reception. They had so many options and were able to do absolutely anything. When the day of finally came, they went above and beyond. Our reception and ceremony looked even better than we dreamed! Working with Luminous was such an amazing experience.

From walking in their front door to walking down the aisle, Luminous has been nothing but phenomenal. They made our wedding absolutely amazing! Lisa took my ideas and brought them to life. I would highly recommend Luminous Events for absolutely any event, especially a wedding, you are planning. They definitely make you feel like you are their only client.
