Kara made an amazing PNW meal for our elopement at a cabin outside of Mount Rainier National Park. From the start Kara’s communication was amazing, she had wonderful guidance and advice for our special meal! She handled our rentals and set up our table—it was better than I had envisioned, she did SUCH a wonderful job. The food itself was phenomenal, our family and friends still bring up how amazing the flavors were and the beautiful presentation. Kara arrived on time and stuck to our timeline. She was simply amazing and we can’t wait to hopefully check out her new spot in Washougal! We will 100% use her again for special meals in the future!

Look no further for the perfect adventure elopement caterer! We had an intimate wedding reception lunch at a cabin in Packwood, just outside of Mount Rainier National Park. Kara made the planning process a breeze. She created the perfect menu, keeping it authentic to the PNW region, highlighting wild mushrooms and berries. And she easily worked around dietary restrictions that were proving difficult through other vendors we inquired with. All the rentals were handled through her team as well, while still giving us flexibility to design the tablescape ourselves. They left us with absolutely nothing to stress about. We showed up to the cabin to a beautifully set up table. Every detail we discussed was perfectly executed (they even added a few personal touches of their own) and the food was AMAZING! Truly, not a single guest has stopped raving about how delicious everything was. Everyone was so surprised to have such an elevated dining experience all the way out in the mountains. I can’t believe how seamless the entire process was, and can’t think of a single thing that would have made our experience better. I wouldn’t hesitate for a moment to recommend Kara and the Miere Catering team for any special event!

I cannot rant and rave about Kara enough! Kara helped us celebrate a very special person’s 40th birthday with a plated 4 course dining experience for 12 and there were zero disappointments. From menu curation, to meal timing, to plate presentation, to food quality… every detail was on point and exceeded my expectations. She handled our rowdy bunch without pause and took all of our questions and jokes in stride. As an extremely detail oriented person and as the person who is always cooking for, planning and organizing events; I had the most wonderful time just being able to sit back and relax as Kara delivered a top notch experience to our guests. I had the utmost trust that Miere Catering would execute a perfect evening and what a perfect evening it was! Miere Catering will be at the top of my list for any future event I hold. I express my sincerest appreciations to Kara and all those involved for making this celebration a rousing success. Everyone loved the food, it was delicious and abundant, and the service was efficient and professional. A tremendous thank you to Miere Catering for a job very well done!

Kara prepared an AMAZING meal for our group of 16 after our elopement in North Bend! The food was incredible, and our family all raved about it (even the picky ones)! She and Anne also created the most beautiful table scape that was exactly what I envisioned! Thank you Kara and Anne enough for making it such a memorable meal with our families!

I would recommend Kara and her team to anyone getting married. Kara is down-to-earth, professional, and an unbelievably talented chef and coordinator. We had our wedding in Ashford, WA and Kara took care of all of our rentals in addition to the incredible multi course meal. She even helped me find a cake baker and delivered that as well. The oysters she sourced…holy cow some of the best we ever had. Her cocktail pitchers were out of this world. The dishes were so creative and delicious, our family was so impressed. She executed our vision to a TEE! And get this - we only spoke 2? Maybe 3? times prior to meeting her on the day of the wedding. I still can’t believe how perfectly the whole day went - and it was because of Kara. Very impressed and would highly recommend her and I plan to hire her for any event we throw in the future
