The real MVP of our experience was Tammy, the manager. Leading up to the wedding, her communication was fantastic; she always provided fast replies and made the planning process so easy. On the day of, she was incredible! Throughout the entire night, Tammy made sure we were actually eating and always had a drink in our hands. She was constantly checking in and anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. Her professionalism and warmth allowed us to actually enjoy our party without a single worry. We had an incredible experience with Mintahoe for our wedding day! Tammy was absolutely amazing throughout the entire planning process. She was very organized, responsive and made every step feel so easy and stress-free. On the wedding day, Tammy went above and beyond. She checked in on us multiple times to make sure we had everything we needed and took such great care of our guests. We received so many compliments about the food, the service, and how smoothly everything ran. Mintahoe Catering, and Tammy, did a great job catering our event. They were very experienced with our venue, Van Dusen Mansion, and helped with not only food and drink selection, but also decor inclusions and the overall timeline. They kept us on time throughout the night and all the food and drink tasted exceptional. We went with passed apps and a cheese board during cocktail hour, and played for our dinner service. They were able to accommodate my signature drink. All the staff were friendly, and orderly, they really made every guest feel welcome and taken care of. All planning meetings were thorough and efficient and the tasting was so much fun!
