I found my dream wedding dress and veil here, and I truly cannot recommend this team enough! Rachel was absolutely incredible to work with. I tried on probably 75 dresses and the base of my customized gown three times, and she never once made me feel rushed or like I was asking for too much. She had endless patience and such a genuine eye for what worked and that honesty is so rare and so needed when you're trying on wedding dresses. Nothing I tried on at any other store ever really felt like me, so getting to work with Rachel to build my dream dress from the ground up was one of the most special parts of the entire wedding experience. I also love that everything is done in house — it keeps the process so simple and takes so much off a bride's plate. Talia and Anthony are incredible at alterations. Every step was seamless, and they went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable in the fit and length. They even built in extra precautions in case I lost more weight or wanted to change my bustle on the day — giving me options is such a luxury, especially as a bride getting married overseas. And Shane'a — what an amazing manager! She was so present, so helpful, and such a wonderful constant throughout the entire process. From start to finish this team made everything feel effortless and special. If you're looking for the place to find your dress, this is it.

Everything about the experience at Monique is top-notch. The quality of the dresses and the level of service are truly incomparable to other bridal stores in LA. Sammie was my stylist, and is the best!!

I absolutely love Monique Lhuillier! But I was so disappointed to have gone to this store. The customer service between this LA flagship and the Costa Mesa flagship is night and day. Don’t bother coming to the LA store because the service is so poor. It was as she was speeding through my appointment. The bridal consultant (I do remember her name but don’t want to name her) that assisted me was so impeccably rude especially when I told her the budget I wanted to stay under and she said in the snarkiest attitude, “Well, if you didn’t know…Monique Lhuillier is way above that.” I walked out of there, went to Costa Mesa and actually ended up buying a $20,000 dress. I felt like Vivian in Pretty Woman. We all know the scene.

Went to Monique over the weekend as my FIFTH (!!) wedding dress appt with no luck prior. Rachel was my sales consultant during my wedding dress shopping, and I had an amazing experience. She was able to read my responses to each dress I tried on and pull other options from how I was feeling. I ended up finding my dream dress from options she picked based on my reactions in under an hour. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful during the whole process. She offered valuable insights into sizing, measurements, tailoring details, and the entire purchasing process. Truly enjoyed my experience here and found my dream dress in less than an hour working with the experts! I highly recommend Monique Lhuillier if you are shopping for your wedding & Rachel as a sales consultant/expert during the process!

I had one of the worst experiences at this place. The alterations lady was incredibly unprofessional and unpleasant to deal with. I brought my item in expecting it to be properly altered, but it came back looking like nothing had been done. I’m extremely disappointed with the quality of the work and the overall customer service. The entire experience was frustrating from start to finish. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable alterations or good service.
