Throughout the entire process, Ben was extremely communicative, responsive, and made everything feel easy and stress-free. He took the time to answer our questions, kept us informed, and made us feel confident that every important moment would be captured. On the wedding day, he blended right in and made everyone feel comfortable in front of the camera. Nothing ever felt forced or intrusive, which allowed us to truly enjoy the day while knowing it was all being documented. Working with Ben and his team was part of our comfort in the stresses of planning for our wedding. We gave short notice since our wedding was planned in 3 months. Ben was responsive, considerate and flexible, him and his video team were very skilled at organizing our parties and the locations for our shoots. There was no hassle communicating over email, call, video chat, even linkedIn. We requested changes to the wedding video after newfound ideas we wanted to incorporate months after the wedding and NEWF was kind and edited the video beautifully. Very personable and professional people and their work reflects those traits.

Ben communicated with us several times throughout our planning process ensuring that our ideas were heard and we were on the same page. On our Wedding day, everything went so well.
