We can't say enough good things about Paramount Events. From the tasting to the wedding day, everything was amazing. Nicolina put so much effort into making our tasting feel special and tailored to us, and it really got us excited for the wedding. The food was phenomenal, the presentation was beautiful, and the service was seamless. We still have guests telling us how much they loved the food and that it was some of the best wedding food they've ever had. One thing that was especially important to us was accommodating our gluten-free and celiac guests, and Paramount absolutely delivered. The variety and quality of the gluten-free desserts were incredible, and our guests were so appreciative to have so many delicious options. We couldn't have been happier with the entire experience.

Paramount Events catered our wedding, and we had people coming up to us the whole night (and in the weeks after) saying how impressed they were with the food. I was little high maintenance when it came to catering. As a vegetarian, I didn't want our pescatarian, vegetable forward meal to feel like it was missing anything. Paramount, and Grace and Nicola specifically, were truly wonderful to work with. We had multiple tastings until we could find the perfect vegetarian main course, and they created our signature drink recipes. In the lead up to the wedding, Grace was even sending me pictures of fabric swatches so I could feel 100% about our linen choices. During our wedding, everything went so smoothly. Guests still compliment the food and the service five months later.
