Christophe catered my wedding at Skinner Barn in Waitsfield! Super wonderful food---salmon particularly good, and great salads---and excellent staff service. Hors d'oeuvres were wonderful as well, smoked salmon and tuna tartare were huge hits. It was so helpful having his team set up and break down everything, took a weight off my shoulders. He was also very nice. Overall wonderful experience, highly recommend.

Where do I begin! My husband and I planned our destination wedding in Stowe, VT for October 4, 2025 and Pozé Catering/Christophe was recommended to us — and how lucky were we! The entire experience exceeded every expectation. I never once had to worry or wonder if things were on track, even though I was in Florida planning it all — Christophe was on top of every detail from start to finish. He provided an incredible menu to choose from and worked with me through every change without missing a beat. Once we arrived in Stowe, he was there early, set everything up beautifully, and the presentation was stunning. And the food… absolutely delicious! And his staff — loved them! They all made the evening so enjoyable and so much fun. It was a night to remember and one that our guests are still talking about it. If you’re planning an event in the Stowe area — look no further! Christophe and the Poze Catering team were an absolute pleasure to work with. We were planning a party and had no idea what to serve, the amount of food needed, and what to expect. Christophe gave us great insight and helped us narrow down a list of food that fit our budget, and most importantly, our taste. All of the dishes were presented with a nice placard that told the guests what the items were; I thought that was a very professional touch. My family and friends were raving about the food during and after the event! It was a joy to look out and see everyone chatting and eating great food, one of life's greatest offerings.
