We had an incredible dinner at 4 Charles Prime Rib last night, and it exceeded every expectation. The food was absolutely phenomenal every dish was prepared to perfection, and the burger was hands down one of the best we’ve ever had… truly fire! The service was just as impressive. Our waiter, Brandon, went above and beyond to make our evening special. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely made us feel welcomed from start to finish. From the amazing food to the outstanding hospitality, this is a restaurant that truly delivers an unforgettable dining experience. We can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!

The burger truly lives up to the hype—definitely the best item on the menu. The chocolate pie was also absolutely delicious and the perfect way to end the meal. I lined up starting at 2 PM each day and finally got to eat after waiting in line for three days to get a reservation, so my expectations were very high. Thankfully, the food and service did not disappoint. The only downside was the seating. I was seated outside, and it was extremely hot, which made the dining experience less enjoyable. If you’re visiting during warm weather, I’d recommend requesting an indoor table if possible.

Even when they first opened about 10 years ago, getting a table here was incredibly tough—but nowadays, it feels downright impossible. Everything from the ambiance and service to the food is absolutely amazing. Their prime rib is phenomenal, the thick bacon is great and delicious, and the burger—cutting perfectly by staff wearing white cotton gloves, letting the egg yolk gently ooze out—is a true work of art. Even the desserts are perfect. While you can always grab a great burger at Au Cheval, nothing compares to the steak here. I just wonder when I'll ever get to taste it again...

Simply incredible - a class act from start to finish. Our group felt so comfortable right away - the servers are friendly, funny, and love what they do. The food is top notch, and yes, the burger lives up to the hype. Bone marrow was also amazing. Appreciate their non alcoholic options like the Cucumber Collins. Generous portions, classic steakhouse faves. But it’s the vibes that make it truly special.

Very intimate space with an old school feel. We ordered almost everything. Disappointments corn and French dip . Stand outs hamburger as tasty as the presentation. Rib eye delicious. The waiter as a well oiled sales pitch so if you’ve never been there it’s tempting to be sold on everything. Mushrooms were also good. Ok dishes were prime rib and bone marrow and shrimp.Drinks came out very slowly. Did order a great bottle of wine Chateauneuf-du-pape. Very tough reservation to get a bit overrated but worth the experience.
