I had a referral sent October 3. I was told by my PCP that if I had not heard from them within a week to call them to schedule the appt. After a week I called the office. Was immediately sent to voicemail. I left a voicemail and the next day, no call… I got a text message basically professional saying “we will get to you when we get to you” and here we are 2 months later and still have not heard from them. Don’t even try. Absolutely worthless.
A very caring doctor who take his time and knowledge to educate and treat patients to the highest standards of care. Dr.Boone is very dedicated to his medical specialty and we are very happy that he is practicing in Louisville, KY.
Today is April 15 and I was glad to see Dr Boone because I was late because of tarc 3 my transportation but was glad the doctor fitted me in and he explained everything to me so I could understand a very good doctor.
Dr. Leon is very knowledgeable and caring. She explains everything to you and never fails to make sure you have everything you need. She takes her time and never rushes your visit.
It's been a week and Dr. Smith will not return my questions on their portal site. They have had a lady call on the phone with results and then she can not answer basic questions asked back to her. I did this a could of times with her on telephone calls. I finally got tired of the back and forth and asked that she have the Dr just respond to my question in the portal. If any of the lab/X-ray/Ultrasound results do not fall into their "box" they don't bother to make referrals or suggestions as to what to do going forward. This shows a total lack of respect for patient concerns.
