Superb service from 1st call to final invoicing. Pete Martel is a consummate professional, ready to do what is needed to achieve a mutual goal. All equipment top notch & rental inventory has outstanding depth.
Incredibly frustrating experience. There is not enough staff to deliver tables and chairs and we were told we could pick up with a truck bed of 8 feet. All good, I understand. Went out of our way to find a trailer with enclosed sides that would accommodate the size requirements and sent a picture. Still declined to be allowed to rent. Also, the chairs we wanted were available anyway because they are being sold since no one rents them. From a business standpoint, I'm thinking maybe more people would rent them if the rules weren't so strict and people continue to be declined to rent. This was the only company with anything available for my wedding and now I don't think we will have tables or chairs. Picnics are cool, I guess.
We worked with Rain or Shine for our wedding on 10/5. Pete was incredibly responsive. He is clearly a professional and made sure everything worked for our tent from the heating to making sure that our band had sufficient power. The rental equipment was in great condition and our tent was essentially perfect.
Rain or Shine provided us tables, chairs and flatware for our wedding. Everything came exactly as ordered and in great condition. The delivery crew was prompt, incredibly friendly and very efficient. We would recommend them to anyone.
I rented a lift from them this past summer and they were great about the rental, delivery and coming out when I had a problem. Prices are in line with all other rental companies. Great service and people.
