Randi Nonni Events

I have been procrastinating writing this review because I am struggling to put into words how amazing Randi is. Randi was the wedding planner for my older sister and after that it was never a question that she would one day be mine. Throughout the whole wedding planning process I felt so at ease knowing I had Randi on my team, who, by the way, may be the most well connected Vermont wedding planner EVER. She was in constant contact with every vendor from the very beginning of the planning process to the conclusion of our wedding weekend. Never was I stressed about day of logistics because she had everything planned to a T. She allowed my husband and I to have a genuinely enjoyable wedding planning process and remain truly present with our families and friends for our whole weekend without stressing over the details. Not only did Randi flawlessly handle all logistics, but was also a constant sounding board for design details and advice, as well as emotional & family dynamics that inevitably arise when planning a wedding. Randi was never further than a call or text away for over a year and a half, and her support went far beyond her role. Thank you Randi for giving us the most special weekend that we will remember for a lifetime!!!

As a wedding photographer, I anticipated that I might feel nervous or in my head about the wedding timeline or in general noticing how things are progressing on the wedding day (much like I normally do when I photograph a celebration) but instead I felt completely present and enjoyed every minute! A lot of this had to do with the fact that I 100% trusted Randi to manage all of the moving pieces of the day. Randi is intuitive with her approach, insistent in the right moments, smart, kind, honest and pleasure to be around. Randi and her team made the wedding day and the wedding planning process exponentially more enjoyable and functional.

It is hard to put into words just how OUTSTANDING it was having Randi Nonni as my wedding planner. She is one of one. I had a vision for my wedding, but the thought of bringing that vision to life was so overwhelming. As soon as I had my first call with Randi, all of my anxiety and worries around planning a wedding went away. Randi was an absolute joy to work with. I did not realize how much went into planning a wedding and Randi's organization and attention to detail combined with her genuine care and kindness made the process feel not only feel doable, but feel FUN. Randi is organized, timely, and an incredible communicator. She handled everything I asked with a smile on her face and I always left our calls feeling like a weight was lifted off my shoulders. Randi was not only planning my wedding, but planning many other weddings and multi-day large scale events at the same time. With everything she had on her plate, I would have no idea unless I asked about her other endeavors because she truly made me feel like my wedding was her main priority the entire planning process. Wedding planning involves juggling other peoples feelings, relationship dynamics, and logistics which can be hard things to deal with when planning a massive event. Randi truly made the process seamless. Her hard work and commitment to my wedding all came to life on my wedding day which was the exact dream day I envisioned and MORE. I showed up to my wedding weekend feeling zero stress and that is all thanks to Randi and her teams effort making sure every little detail was covered so I could just show up and be so present the entire weekend. I cannot recommend working with Randi Nonni Events enough. I look back on my wedding year and wedding day, and working with Randi is truly a highlight for me.

Randi is an exceptional wedding coordinator and exceptional person. My husband (!) and I are big planners and we (along with my parents) wanted to be very involved in the whole wedding planning process. We decided, a few months out that we would benefit greatly from Randi's guidance and support with all the details and intricacies that come with having a wedding at our family's home. Randi is an incredibly hard worker, she's thoughtful, patient, kind, responsive, professional and flexible. TL;DR: Hire her. The best advice we received when we started planning a wedding was to build a wedding planner into our budget, and it was the best advice we received. We originally found Randi through VermontWeddings.com. She was one of 3 planners we interviewed, and we knew from the start that her energy was right for us and the event we wanted to create. As other reviewers will note, Randi is unflappable. She is so calm and detail oriented. At the start of our planning process she sent through a gigantic checklist of everything we would need to do to have our wedding and when it would be needed by, as well as a budget template that she had customized with the rough details we had discussed. Most importantly, Randi was an amazing creative collaborator for us through the process. We always started with what was traditional, and then decided how we wanted to make the tradition work for our event, and she was completely down for any kind of odd request we had. Ceremony in the round? No problem. Design muse is a tapestry from the 15th Century? Cool, we can work with that. You're a detail-oriented creative person with no experience planning a weekend-long event for your 50 nearest and dearest? That's why she's there! We would not have found any of our amazing vendors without Randi. We would not have found our gorgeous venue without Randi. We would not have known all the minute details that need to be considered in the course of a three-day wedding weekend without Randi. And we would never have been able to execute them with the same grace and finesse that Randi did. We got to enjoy our wedding day without the stress of being bugged by vendors or worrying about whether family were sticking to their timelines. We knew that everything was being taken care of by Randi and her team. Our memory of our wedding day will always be that it was one of the most joyful and stress-free days we've ever experienced, and we have Randi to thank for that. You're going to be fielding advice from all fronts as you plan a wedding, and it's going to be confusing and stressful at times. Do yourself the hugest possible favor you can, and hire Randi. It won't take all the stress out of wedding planning, but it will make it manageable knowing you're in the best hands.
