Rosemary's Catering

We had our wedding ceremony reception at the Etter-Harbin Alumni Center with Rosemary Catering. We worked with Harley Reyes as our sales representative and she was wonderful! Harley was so helpful and patient with all our questions. She was also extremely responsive and communicated well, which is important qualities for a wedding vendor. As far as the wedding day, we were extremely pleased with the venue, staff, and food and beverage. We had a lot of guests telling us how good the food was! I would highly recommend Rosemary Catering and the Etter-Harbin Alumni Center for a wedding or any large event!

We had a great experience working with Rosemary's Catering and especially working with Harley and her team. Harley was very responsive and their staff treated us like royalty on our wedding day. The food was excellent and the customer service was outstanding.

since the very start Jenna was very stand offish and seemed agitated about our request. our event was a week out and made it somewhat smooth, she didn't know what mocktails are. anyway, she never said she NEEDED a payment before noon the Friday before the event at any point in our conversation, but while I was waiting for approval from my bosses to go forward I get a sudden email saying "she assumes we went in a different direction", when we literally emailed each other that morning, and canceled our service, 5 days before our event. didn't respond to my emails after and didn't answer the phone. don't work in the service industry if you don't have people skills Jenna

All our guests GUSHED about the food, and it was all thanks to Rosemary Catering. My husband comes from a Mediterranean background and my family is from South Asia, so we wanted a caterer who could create a meaningful fusion menu. Rosemary Catering not only delivered a beautifully curated menu but also exceeded our expectations in their service, their willingness to work with our vision, and their execution of flavors from both of our homes. During our tasting, we requested a few small adjustments to some of the dishes, and they were incredibly flexible. The final result was exactly what we hoped for! I highly recommend Rosemary Catering to anyone looking for an exceptional team for their event or wedding.

We cannot recommend the Etter-Harbin Alumni Center enough! Although it’s known as the UT Alumni Center, it is so much more, a stunning, elegant venue that absolutely wowed us and our guests. We had countless people comment on how beautiful the space was and how incredible the food tasted. Ashley, from Rosemary’s Catering, was our main point of contact and truly the MVP. Her communication and organization leading up to our big day made the entire process feel seamless. She was responsive, kind, and made sure every detail was taken care of, which was especially helpful since we were planning from outside of Austin. We chose the Tex-Mex buffet and it was an absolute hit! The food was fresh, delicious, and plentiful. To top it all off, we added Amy’s Ice Cream for dessert, and our guests are still talking about it. Booking with Etter-Harbin made wedding planning so much easier. Through them, we handled all the food, drinks, and rentals in one place. Once we secured the venue, all we needed was a coordinator, photographer, florist, and DJ and their preferred vendor list helped us find amazing people for each. This venue is beautiful, well-run, and perfect for anyone wanting a smooth planning process and an unforgettable day.
