Sadie's Catering

I am the owner of Timeless Weddings, a wedding planning and coordinating service. I had the pleasure of working with Sadie's team for a wedding a few weeks ago and absolutely loved the experience! Before the big day, they were so easy to communicate with and ready with any information I could possibly need. On the day of we experienced some intense weather that required a lot of moving pieces and Sadie's team did not hesitate to help wherever they could! This included helping move tables, flowers, and other dining ware as well as being flexible enough to move the dinner start time in hopes of the weather clearing and it did! As a wedding planner, I know the value of a great vendor team and Sadie's catering is just that! Could not recommend them enough and I hope to work with them again in the future!

Sadie catered our rehearsal dinner and wedding in September 2025. It was beyond incredible. People are still telling us how good the food was 2 months later! Not only was the food delicious, but Sadie and her team made everything a breeze. From the tasting to modifying the menus for obscure allergies, the service was outstanding! Last minute, out rehearsal dinner plans fell through and Sadie made a meal for pick up (for 60 people) with only a few weeks notice. If she is available, book her!

We'd been to enough weddings and events with Sadie's to know we had to have them at our own. No question. The process was so easy. We got to pick all our favorite dishes, and they sent us home with the leftovers, which we've been eating all week. We heard it over and over from our people... the food was INCREDIBLE. But the part that meant the most was that neither of us eat cake, so we asked Sadie if we could do a steak cutting instead. Her team prepared a separate roast just for our sweetheart table. We're so grateful she made it happen.

Sadie and her team are the absolute BEST! I planned a destination wedding to Bozeman and from day 1 of our scheduled food tasting to wedding night this team was ON IT! Our guests could not stop raving about the food and that doesn't even speak to the presentation. Everything was delicious and also beautifully placed. Response time was very quick and they answered any questions I had in detail. Sadie and her team helped my vision come to life! I truly felt like I was the only bride they were working with and they made me feel totally at ease throughout the whole process. I would 100% work with them again and if you want guests to talk about how delicious your food was or how amazing the catering staff were, BOOK SADIE"S CATERING!

If you are lucky enough to book Sadie and her team, do not hesitate. She catered our Thursday night family dinner, our wedding, and our Sunday breakfast, and every single experience with her was unforgettable. The Thursday dinner was the perfect start to the weekend. It was warm, thoughtful, and so, so good. Then came the wedding, and the food was on a completely different level. People are still talking about the cheeseboard and charcuterie and the ricotta crostini. The salmon with chimichurri was unreal, and the Brussels with dates and hazelnuts were a crowd favorite. But honestly, the food is only half of why we love her. Sadie has a presence that stays with you long after the weekend is over. She is one of the kindest and most genuine souls you will ever meet, and she brings this steady calm that you can feel the moment she walks in. During a wedding weekend, when emotions run high and everything moves fast, she somehow slows the world down. She treated our family like her own, and that meant more to us than we can ever fully express. In the middle of all the excitement and nerves, she became this steady, comforting presence we did not even know we needed. It truly felt like having another parent by our side, someone who cared about our day as much as we did. That kind of heart is rare, and we will carry the memory of her warmth and kindness with us for the rest of our lives. I want to tell her she could charge triple and it would still be worth every penny. It feels inevitable that she will become the most sought after caterer in Montana.
