As a photographer, I had the pleasure of working with Savvy Events for Caitlyn & Hunter’s wedding at Fountainview Mansion this past May. Carley and her team are exceptionally organized, calm, and intentional. The kind of planners who genuinely elevate the experience for everyone involved. With a last minute rain forecast requiring the ceremony to be moved up by 30 minutes, their professionalism truly stood out. The adjustment was handled seamlessly and with remarkable composure. Communication was clear, guests and vendors were informed promptly, and the day continued to unfold effortlessly. Later, when it did in fact downpour at the start of the reception and first dances, they once again managed everything with grace and ease. Most importantly, Caitlyn & Hunter were able to remain fully present and enjoy every moment of their day. A true testament to Carley and her team’s care, professionalism, and leadership. I would absolutely love the opportunity to work with Savvy Events again and wholeheartedly recommend them to any couple seeking a thoughtful, steady, and exceptional planning team.

Savvy events went over and beyond for our day. They built our cross for the altar, draped the entire reception tent, provided chairs, and both bars. Cannot recommend enough. Carley was our partner from start to finish from venue design, rentals, linens, florals, music, all the things. Our guests were BLOWN AWAY by what they said was "an absolutely dreamy wedding". What a wonderful day it was! The bride said “the decor and design made her dreams come true”! As did mine as mother of the groom! Savvy Events took care of all the small details as well as some of the VERY big details! On the day of the wedding, it was evident that things ran smoothly bc of their hard work and attention to the needs of the bride! The decor they provided to our venue was truly so warm, beautiful and fun!! And their empathy and advice was priceless!! I will never forget the time we spent planning and the friends I made!! Their service was above and beyond expected!

I didn’t end up moving forward with this company only because the venue I’d planned fell through and I had to move the wedding to another state — but I still had to leave a review because of how incredibly gracious and understanding they were throughout the entire process. Their communication was prompt, kind, and truly customer-focused. Even when it became clear that I needed to cancel and asked if they would consider returning my deposit due to the circumstances, they remained helpful, patient, and committed to making everything as smooth as possible. That level of professionalism speaks volumes. If a company can take such good care of someone without even getting to do the event, that tells you everything you need to know. I would recommend them to anyone, and I’ll absolutely keep them in mind for future events if I’m ever back in town!
