The Scarlet Oak Studio team captured our wedding. We couldn't be happier with our experience and would choose them in a heartbeat if we had to do it all over again. From start to finish, the team was incredibly organized and professional. They guided us through every step of the process with pre-event consultation calls and their guidance actually helped us organize our event based on their experience. We felt like our day progressed smoothly, feeling warm and relaxed rather than performative. Our wedding day felt quite stress-free, thanks in large part to an incredible team. Beyond their professionalism, they were genuinely friendly and made us feel comfortable and special throughout the entire experience. The photos and videos they delivered exceeded our expectations. Every moment was captured beautifully, and the quality of their work is truly exceptional. We requested to feature our small group of guests as much as possible, and they certainly delivered on that while still capturing so many stills of us that we didn't even know to request. The videos they produced for us were outstanding. They capture every essence of what what we hoped, and will allow our day to be relived for a lifetime. I am so glad that I chose Scarlet Oak Studios to capture my wedding day. They did my sister’s wedding in 2017 and I knew I wanted them for my wedding. They have you complete a very detailed survey in order to make sure you get the type of pictures and video that you want. Aaron, Lizzy, and the team were so much fun to work with. Aaron personally scouted out the perfect spot for our formal pictures in order to determine the best time to take pictures. Weddings are stressful but Lizzy and Aaron helped keep the day running smooth. Throughout my wedding day, I continually received compliments about how professional, knowledgeable,and supportive the Scarlet Oak team was. To say we love the pictures and videos is an understatement; we are completely obsessed with them! Scarlet Oak captured everyone’s personalities perfectly. I had dreamed about my wedding day for 25 years and now, thanks to Scarlet Oak Studios, those memories are perfectly preserved on film.

Working with Scarlet Oak for our wedding videography was an absolute dream come true from start to finish, resulting in a mind blowing wedding video that has made everyone who's watched it cry. Everyone at the company has great communication, is genuine and down to earth, and made us feel like our wedding was important. From the moment we chatted with Aaron, we had an instant connection and knew they were a special team and that we wanted to work with them. We had many questions and Catherine was quick to answer them all via text, which we greatly appreciated! We decided on the standard video package with a team of 3 at our wedding and added on drone footage (highly recommend if you have an outdoor ceremony! Particularly in the mountains). Once we booked Scarlet Oak, Julie kept in touch throughout the process to make sure they knew what our vision was and to check-in with us, which made us feel very taken care of during the stressful wedding planning process. Aaron, Kerstin, and Darcie were so fabulous to work with on our wedding day! They had the warmest, most welcoming energy that was exactly what we were hoping for on our wedding day. I cannot express this enough. They made our wedding party and families feel comfortable while being on camera, made me (the bride) feel like a stunning goddess, and brought such positivity to the day that it honestly felt like it would have been lacking without their presence there! Aaron is top notch with a heart of gold, and we could not have been happier with our communication with him throughout this journey! When we received our highlight video and our additional footage, we were absolutely blown away. The quality, the storytelling, and the expert editing were all above our wildest expectations. We were moved to tears MANY times while watching and honestly felt like we were in our very own Hallmark movie, in the best way. They captured every part of the day perfectly. Shoutout to Radhia, office manager extraordinaire, who made us feel like we were still special even after our wedding was over!
