Simple Maui Wedding

We loved our experience with Simple Maui Wedding for our elopement 12-21-2025!!! By far one of the most special moments of our life!!! What a pain it would have been to organize the Hulu dancer on my own, the musician and choose the music, a flower lei for me, Henrys wedding lei, my flowers etc! Simple Maui Wedding did this ALL for me and we loved Rev Robert Kuya Alamodin and his script! Also LOVED Stephan Boeker wedding video! We loved getting married on Ironwoods beach in Kapaula at sunset :)

The only was to describe our experience with Simply Maui Wedding is flawless! They made for a magical day that we will always cherish and remember. The communication, the details, to the reassurance, and to be kept at peace of mind. Simply Maui Wedding and their team of amazing vendors created a beautiful, perfect day. Robert, our officiant, he was loved and adored by all of us. He brought such culture, tradition, and love from his heart. We felt he was so special and everything we needed to bring the magic of the island to bond us together. Diana, our day of coordinator was fantastic and so organized on those final moments before it all begins. Maui Makeup Artistry- Valerie was amazing and captured my bridal makeup vision beautifully. She was friendly, funny, and would recommend her to anyone wanting to look special for a big day. Dellables Floral Design - My bouquet, and my daughters flower crown were so gorgeous, colors perfect. The most special surprise of the evening was the reception dinner table decor, the candles, and the floral arrangements. I just couldn't have been anymore happier, beautiful down to every last detail. KO Garden- Fairmont Kea Lani/ Tara- Venue, food, service, the above and beyond servers. This place was fantastic, and the privacy of KO Garden for an intimate wedding reception couldn't have been better. Karma Hill Photography, was fantastic, professional, patient, kind, and knew how to place and position everyone for each shot. Aloha Maui Limo-  On time, pickup was for our whole crew of 12 in their sprinter van, driver was great and must have had some extraordinary patience to listen to that loud crowd on the way home. From the very beginning, Mira and John made the entire planning process so easy and stress-free. Planning a wedding from the mainland can feel overwhelming, but they were always quick to respond, incredibly organized, and so patient with every question we had. They made us feel supported every step of the way and gave us complete confidence that everything would come together beautifully. On our wedding day, Diana was absolutely amazing. She kept everything running seamlessly while making us feel calm, relaxed, and able to be fully present. She thought of every little detail before we even had to ask, and her kindness and professionalism made such a difference. It truly felt like we had someone who genuinely cared about making our day perfect. Our photographer, Samantha, was incredible! She made us feel comfortable from the moment we met her, even though we aren’t used to being in front of a camera. She guided us naturally, made us laugh, and captured every emotion and beautiful moment so effortlessly. We already know these photos will be treasured for the rest of our lives. Rev. Kuya gave us the most beautiful ceremony we could have asked for. His words were heartfelt, meaningful, and so genuine that there wasn’t a dry eye among our family and friends. He made our ceremony feel deeply personal and full of love, and it is something we will never forget. Every single person we worked with made us feel special, and everything was handled with such care, professionalism, and kindness. Simple Maui Weddings was the perfect wedding planning company to work with for our destination wedding in Maui! Everyone was so helpful and kind in the process. They helped us pick the perfect venue for our wedding and coordinated everything from start to finish, including great recommendations for outside vendors for other wedding events! We have had a flawless experience with Simple Maui Wedding’s. The whole process has exceeded my expectations. We had a beautiful, perfect wedding thanks to your team. Kylie was great and had us all on track with what we were supposed to do, she was a delight. Our officiant, Kuya made the whole thing meaningful yet lighthearted and comfortable. He was someone who will stick with me, just a great man. The ukulele player and Hulu dancer were a perfect compliment to our ceremony & mini celebration. Our photographer did a phenomenal job at making the pictures easy and comfortable, not an easy job! We loved her and can’t wait to see her work from our day. My hair and makeup artist, Shelby from Simply Beauty Maui was amazing! She was there early and got me finished exactly on our time schedule. I’m a hairstylist myself and was concerned I would be too picky but she did such a beautiful job, I didn’t change a thing. Every single person that we worked with from Simple Maui Wedding’s has been 5 stars ⭐️ for professionalism, friendliness and just great at what they do.
