I cannot recommend Ashley and Pauline at Wild Rose JH highly enough. As an out-of-state bride planning a destination wedding while finishing my fourth year of medical school, there is absolutely no way I could have pulled off our wedding without them. From the very beginning, they made the entire process feel simple, organized, and genuinely enjoyable. One thing I especially appreciated was how mindful they were of both our budget and sustainability goals. Weddings can generate a tremendous amount of waste, but Ashley and Pauline were thoughtful about repurposing décor and floral arrangements, helping us create a beautiful, high-quality event without unnecessary excess. They truly helped us execute our vision of a simple but elevated wedding that highlighted the natural beauty of Diamond Cross Ranch rather than competing with it. On the wedding weekend itself, Pauline was incredible. She calmly guided our rehearsal, kept everyone organized, and was a steady, reassuring presence throughout the day. She checked in with me regularly in a way that always felt thoughtful and supportive—never intrusive. I felt completely taken care of and able to focus on enjoying the moment. The vendor team they assembled was outstanding. Every vendor was professional, talented, and wonderful to work with. The entire day flowed seamlessly, and the result was better than we could have imagined. We received countless compliments from guests, with many telling us it was the best wedding they had ever attended. Most importantly, Ashley and Pauline allowed Ryan and me to be fully present for one of the most important weekends of our lives. We felt supported every step of the way, and we are so grateful for everything they did to make our wedding unforgettable. If you are considering Wild Rose JH, stop searching and hire them. They are worth every penny.

We cannot thank Pauline and Ashley enough for executing the most perfect day for us! All of their vendor recommendations were absolutely fantastic, professional and above and beyond. They made the planning process seamless and relatively stress free (as stress free as wedding planning can be). They constantly reassured us and were always available to answer any of our questions along the way. Additionally, their organization and attention to detail are extremely helpful in the planning process (from budget trackers to day of timelines, everything was condensed into helpful planning sheets so that even the smallest details could be answered quickly). On the day of the wedding, all we (and our family/friends) had to do was enjoy ourselves and everything else was taken care of and curated and executed beautifully. Pauline even delivered stuff from the venue to our hotel so we didn’t have to return the next day. If you are looking for a wedding planner, I highly recommend Wild Rose. Every vendor they recommended was above and beyond our expectations and they helped orchestrate the best day of our lives!

I worked closely with Pauline for our 3-day destination wedding, and I cannot recommend Wild Rose enough! Pauline was organized, thoughtful, and professional. We originally wanted to get married in Jackson Hole, but our hearts were set on a Montana wedding venue, where they hadn't been before, and Pauline knocked it out of the park. I honestly could not have done it without her!

We would recommend Ashley and her team to anyone! She was so easy to work with, had great relationships with all of our other vendors, and really helped bring our vision to life. It is so worth it to have someone local to the Jackson area on our team to help facilitate conversations and be there for anything we needed locally, as we did not live in the area for most of the planning process. We worked very closely with Pauline, who was so amazing and such a bright spot in our wedding planning process.
