Southall Farm & Inn

Beautiful place!! Service is the name of the game! We stayed 2 nights for the ERNEST experience. He was so good! The spa is beautiful. The steam room, mineral pool, and staff were amazing! I was disappointed greatly with the pedicure and addressed it with staff. The massage was okay, as well as the facial. I would not say they were " top tier". The guys at valet were so friendly. Sojourner had great food and fantastic service!! Breakfast was relaxing with all the windows and scenery. I like the relaxing atmosphere and recommend the Inn for a weekend getaway. This might ruffle some feathers, but small children being loud at the pool and in the lobby took away from the experience. Not sure if it needs to be labeled for family. Running in the halls and playing in the rooms, takes away from the calm vibe the Southall emits. Shootout to Toni, the concierge, for being such a sweet person!! The place is just so peaceful! Come and take a walk for a weekend!! I can't even imagine how beautiful it will be there in the fall!!

Absolutely the most stunningly, beautiful well kept highly curated fun experiences and knowledgeable, friendly welcoming staff I’ve ever seen… Catherine, Madison, and Karen were exceptional! The food is delicious. It’s very family friendly, but still luxury. We hope to go back there very soon!

Our stay at Southall Farm was amazing! It is an exceptional resort with great attention to detail and service! The staff is friendly and so helpful! Farm to table food is truly delicious! Our Hilltop cabin was spacious and well appointed. Southall Farm is an ode to nature. The resort structures and gardens are as beautiful as the surrounding land. Southall hospitality is pure perfection & five star recommend! We hope to return to Southall Farm for another wonderful vacation!

Wife and I had dinner for a second time and it wasn’t good. The steak was very bland for $64. The only reason we went the second time is because we had to use a gift given to us. The 23% standard service charge is outrageous and the waitress made sure she explained to us they she doesn’t make anything from this charge so I felt bad and tipped her another $25 on top of this charge. I’m sorry but this place isn’t a resort type of setting. I also wouldn’t spend over $800 for a one night stay in a hotel room there.

Southall was such an incredible experience for our team outing. The beekeeping session was a huge highlight. It was so fun, interesting, and surprisingly engaging for everyone (even the hesitant ones!). Huge shoutout to Heidi and Christina for helping us plan such a seamless day. They made everything so easy!! Dinner was just as amazing. The food was outstanding, and eating outside at sunset made it feel really special. Mike Godwin’s live music was the perfect touch and brought everything together. The whole property is beautiful, and the team made us feel so welcome. We’re already looking forward to coming back!
