My entire experience with Style Architects, from start to finish, was incredible. From designing the overall look to selecting linens, table settings, and all the little details, the team was knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely invested in bringing my vision to life. They really listened to what I wanted and made sure I was happy with every decision along the way. Once the design phase was complete, Anna took over, and she was absolutely phenomenal. She answered every question I had, helped me stay on top of the timeline, and made the entire planning process feel so much less overwhelming. She was kind, responsive, hardworking, organized, and always one step ahead. We got married in June at the Woodland Glasshaus and the wedding day was no exception. It was perfect! Anna handled all of my concerns and addressed every little detail. She handled all of the vendors with professionalism and grace, even when our timeline shifted, she just rolled with the punches. I absolutely loved working with her and honestly miss getting to talk with her now that the wedding is over. She is truly a gem, and I cannot recommend her highly enough to anyone looking for an exceptional wedding planner.

I just got married in June and it was truly the best day of my life. Anna brought my vision to life and executed it flawlessly. I couldn’t imagine planning a wedding on my own.. having Anna there kept it fun and exciting as she handled a lot of research and paper work behind the scenes. 2020 - the year of postponed weddings.  Like many couples, our son and fiance rescheduled their CA vineyard wedding to 2021, but still wanted to be officially married in 2020, even if it meant including only the wedding party, parents, and siblings.  We were thrilled when they asked to be wed in our MN backyard.  With only a palate of preferred colors and 9 weeks to plan a socially distanced wedding, I knew I needed professional help.  Enter my good friend and wedding-planner extraordinaire, Rachelle Mazumdar, Style-Architects Weddings & Events. Rachelle jumped in enthusiastically and provided suggestions and guidance every step of the way for every aspect of the wedding that culminated in the most magical and memorable day.  Rachelle brings to the table many years of experience planning award-winning weddings and has developed an invaluable network of the best-of-the-best vendors for live music, exquisite food, stunning flowers, speciality lighting, and unique lounge seating.  I simply could not have pulled together all these elements without Rachelle's expert knowledge and assistance, particularly during these unusual and uncertain times.  Rachelle has a natural artistic ability to envision an event and weave together the client's personal tastes, current styles, and trends.  She is organized, efficient, practical, communicative, resourceful, trustworthy, respectful, and reliable.  She is the consummate professional.  Our son's wedding exceeded all expectations.  It was whimsical, yet elegant and truly magical, but it wasn't magic that made it happen, it was Rachelle.

I cannot recommend Style-Architects and Rachelle enough. From picking and hiring vendors, designing “the vision”, and pulling everything together for the PERFECT day, Rachelle’s attention to detail was invaluable. I wasn’t sure what I wanted or what even was out there for options, so the thought of planning a wedding was initially overwhelming. Rachelle put all worries at ease; she provided recommendations and design ideas at multiple price points and helped facilitate meetings with vendors to help us make sure they were a good fit for us. It was also great to have someone else keeping track of contracts and payment dates and coordinating everyone when we were busy with everything else. Our wedding was so beautiful, so fun, and ran so smoothly that our family and friends are still gushing about it months later. We couldn’t have hoped for a better wedding day! We loved style-architects! Anna was fun to work with and really brought our vision to life for our wedding day. We hired them about a year out from our wedding and Anna was quick to put together a plan / timeline and kept us on track during the process. We do not live in MN and so it was hugely helpful to have local expert recommendations and guidance. There were three areas of impact in particular where we felt the value of working with Anna was unmatched. First, she gave us curated vendor options based on the style architect team’s experience and our personal preferences - this saved so much time and research on my end! And I knew I could trust all the vendors we picked, because Anna and Rachelle had worked with all of them many times. Second, they did such a good job bringing our vision to life. I gave Anna high level ideas and inspiration pictures - she took it and ran with it, showing what was possible and where it would make sense to invest in experience / decor. She worked with us to understand what we really liked and what changes to make on details from custom pizza boxes to the invitation suite to the right shades of florals. We got so many compliments from our guests on the style / decor and how it really felt like our style. Third, the day of experience was incredible and seamless. My husband and I did not feel the stress of the day a single bit - Anna and Rachelle kept everyone on time, made sure everything looked perfect, and always kept an eye on us to ensure we had what we needed and were enjoying every moment. For both sets of our parents too the day was not stressful and they were able to just soak it all in and have a fun day. We highly recommend working with style-architects! They are organized, trustworthy, detail-oriented, creative, and very anchored in how to make a wedding day special for the couple getting married, but also all the guests.
